Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loosed soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth or n exc 10 Sqm on plan & getting out, for laying of cables, foundations of poles, struts, stays etc. and getting out including triming and forming bottom surface complete, all as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick in soft / loose soil back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles, stays , struts have been erected and tested complete all as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point in soils complete all as directed.

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge n.exc 63 mm, deposited, spread & levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick watered & rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry 1:3:6 Type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, steps, seismic and other similar bands copping/cills, bed block for embedding hold fast etc including necessary form work weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as directed .

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting to the required gradient and camber including filling in depressions and hollows watering, levelling etc using hand roller exc 0.2 tonne but n. exc 0.5 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Pavement floor vitrified tiles of size exc 0.09 Sqm but not exc 0.36 Sqm 10mm thick (Endura tiles of Johnson or equivalent makes listed in List of Makes) set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement and pigment to match the colour of tiles in floor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement conctrete pre-polished chequered coloured paver tiles of size 305x305x25mm thick of approved colour and design as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 20mm thick in two layers on fair faces of brick masonry/concrete surfaces, first layer 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 and second layer 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 , finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as directed.

M & L for 60mm thick PVC moulded precast coloured glazed interlocking paving blocks factory casted using grey cement and no pigment, casted in an automatic plant working on vibration and simultaneous hydraulic compression from top, confirming to IS-15658-2006 and of shape haxagon/ triangular/ zigzag/ I-shaped etc. as directed having compressive strength not less than 350 Kg/ Sqcm laid over and including 25 to 30mm thick layer of sand cushioning including filling the interstices with & including sand and interstices on edges filled with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered walls surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.
