M&L for seven stage cleaning and sterilization of RCC/ Steel Underground/semi underground/Sedmentation/clear water sumps(Inside) of capacity 150000 gallons through bacteriological treatment by using TERBAC G5/Inchor-5/NB-10/ TERBAC-G-65/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 AND ULTRA VIOLET RAY by involving following seven stages of cleaning process and preparing external surfaces and applying one coat of white/colour wash including necessary scaffolding of height more than 10m of :- Make: rays Cleantech/ Inus watertech/ satya enterprise. LOCATION :- Porthapur water treatment plant-05 Nos, Chouldari dam-01 Nos (a). First Stage is to drain out the water by using exit valve or high capacity dewatering system. (b). Second stage is cleaning the surfaces against scales, algae, hives and other types of vegetation formation or any type of unwanted material inside the tank by using TERBAC G10/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company and scrubbing the walls of the tanks using mechanical scrubber. (c). Third stage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump(rotary/flat) to remove scals algae,scaling and other formed materials (d). Fourth stage is first bacteria screening is degermification by using TERBAC-G5/ Inohor-5/NB-10 a Govt Laboratory certified branded chemical. (e). Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of water tank by industrial vaccum cleaner and sludge sucker maxm1200w ith super heavy duty rugged motor to make sump and reservoir free from foreign and loose materials. (f) Sixth stage is the second bacterial screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray within the tank by using heavy duty UV radiation which shall have 360 degree of sterilization which will kills all suspended bacteria. (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified, branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G65/Inoxi-60/NB-69 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

NOTE:- THE WORK SHALL BE CARRIED THROUGH SPECILIZED AGENCY ONLY SUCH AS RAYS CLEANTECH/ INUS WATERTECH/ SATYA ENTERPRISE. (i) THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT GOVERNMENT LABORATORY TEST CERTIFICATE OF TERBAC-G5/INCHOR-5/NB-10, TERBAC-G65/ INOXIi-60/NB-69, BEFORE CLEANING, FIX THE STICKER MENTIONING THE DATE OF CLEANING & NAME OF SITE AND ALSO PROVIDE CERTIFICATE CONFIRMING THE DATE OF COMPLETION OF STERILIZATION OF WATER TANKS MENTIONING THE NAME OF STATION AND DATE OF CLEANING. ALL THE CLEANING & STERILIZATION WORKING LABOURS SHALL BE SUPPLIED WITH SAFETY EQUIPMENTS SUCH AS SAFETY HELMETS,GUMBOOTS,SAFETY BELTS,MASK,SAFETY GOGGLES AND SUITABLE ACCIDENTAL COVER INSURANCE SCHEME.) (ii) OUTLET PIPE OF OH RESERVOIR/UG SUMPS SHALL BE DISCONNECTED BEFORE THE CLEANING PROCESS TO AVOID ENTERING OF SCALES,DIRTS AND FOREIGN MATTERS AND THE SAME SHALL BE RECONNECTED AFTER THE COMPLETION OF CLEANING PROCESS AND THE QUOTED RATE IS DEEMED TO INCLUDE FOR ABOVE MENTIONED PROVISIONS. (III) STERILIZATION TEAM WILL BE COMPRISED OF AT LEAST 30% MEMBERS WHO ARE MINIMUM 03 MONTS CERTIFICATE HOLDER IN WATER TANKS STERILIZATION. (IV) CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RECTIFICATION OF COMPLAINTS IF ANY OCCURRED DUE TO THE PROCESS OF CLEANING SUCH AS NO INFLOW OF WATER INTO THE CLEANED TANKS /OVER FLOW DUE TO BROKEN FLOAT VALVE/ BLOCKAGE AND COST OF THE SAME SHALL DEEMED TO BE INCLUDED IN THIS QUOTED RATE. CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT PHOTOGRAPHS BEFORE AND AFTER CLEANING DULY SIGNED HARD AND SOFT COPIES TO THE ENGINEER-IN-CHARGE.

M&L for reparing the external surfaces of OH reservoir/UG Sumps by removing the spalled and loose plaster from the existing surface and removing all the dust particles by washing the surface with jet water and then allowing the surface to dry and laterwards checking for any cracks, honeycombing if any and filling the surface with crack sealing compound/epoxy putty and laying 20 mm thick POLYMER MODIFIED MORTAR over identified R.C.C. members in One layer in proportion of 1:5:15 by weight of polymer of approved make, cement and filler material of approved make, blended to a required consistency and applying and finishing even and smooth, curing, complete as manufacturer instruction including providing necessary formwork,scaffolding mild steel shear key wherever required, bonding slurry, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning and repalcement of exisisting filter media (Capacity 15000 Gallon/hr) (Location :- Porthapir WTP) materials such as fine sand, coarse sand, fine silica, coarse silica, small, medium and large aggerates and provision of new materials of fine sand, coarse sand and fine silica in filter bed.
