(A). PATH :

Excavation over areas, n. exc. 1.5 m deep and getting out Hard/dense soil including clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots and trees n. exc. 30 cm girth complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item Sl No 1.01 here-in-before but in soft/ disintegrated rock, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rough excavation n. exc. 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation and getting out soft /disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers by using Hard/dense soil obtained against item no. 1.01 here-in-before shall be used, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item Sl. No 6.00 here-in-before but not rock, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brickwork with fly ash bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm broken stone or boulders deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete in sub bases/pavings, foundations, filling and mass concrete, Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for filling under floorings by using soft/disintegrated rock obtained from item No. 2.00 here-in-before complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking coloured paver block glossy finished, rubber pressed any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade with Grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain Cement concrete in copings, kneelers,Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 450 mm dia Reinforced Concrete Pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars with cement mortar (1:1) complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the pipes after they are laid and tested for 450 mm dia pipes all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and laying at or near ground level, factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed. Make: As approved by GE.

(B). WIDENING OF ROADS: NOTE :- Items of excavation /earthwork, except removal measured under relevant items here-in-before.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as directed and specified.

Demolition of cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for filling , laid in layers, using soft/disintegrated rock obtained from item no. 2 00 here-in-before shall be used , levelled and blinded with earth and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 150 mm soling (or Sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 150 mm thick WBM (7.5 cm thick granite compacted thickness each layer), with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20 mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces with power roller exceeding 8 Tonne and not exceeding 12 Tonne complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of unsurfaced water bound macadam surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying paving bitumen evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 Sqm surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying paving bitumen evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 Sqm surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) by using paving bitumen any penetration at 4% by weight of total mix complete all specified and directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix and by using OPC cement @ 2% by weight of total mix as in filler, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Painting Lines, Dash , Arrows on new / previously treated road surface with hot applied retro reflective thermoplastic paint conforming to Morth (Clause 803.40) all as specified with 8% glass beads using special applicator machine with heating arrangement upto 160°C , including cleaning and drying the road surface to ensure dust, oil, grease and moisture free surface before applying paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing solar cat eyes of any size and specification carefully and re-fix after laying of bituminous carpeting complete all as apecified and directed.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed echargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10000 to 18000 mcd completed as per manufacture's instructions etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Supply ad laying plastic speed breakers made of sturdy plastic,high visibility ,reflector in yellow to warm during night available in black and yellow combination UV stabilized keep them perfectally colourful, studded with reflectors the speed of moving vehicles,diamenssion of reflector 350x250x50mm ,no. of reflectors 2 nos and boltsholes 4 nos. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in concrete block of PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

Removal of excavated soil exec 1.50 KM and n exc 5.0 KM and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated rock to a distance exc 1.50 KM and n exc 5.0 KM and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials etc. to a distance of up to 5.00 KM, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination , complete all as directed and specified.

(C). DRAINS: Note : Earthwork/excavation ,brickwork,coping (other than included here-in-below) required shall be nearest under relevant items hereinbefore.

Excavating in trenches, n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundation and getting out in hard/dense soil complete for all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Plain Cement concrete in sub bases/pavings, foundations, filling and mass concrete Type C2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick / concrete work finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete in type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate)as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soft /disintegrated rock, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm.complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Precast Cement Concrete 1:2:4, Type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs (for man holes etc) and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as directed and specified.

Material and labour for TMT bars of 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia, complete all as directed and specified.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.complete all as directed and specified.

(D). EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION :

Excavation in trenches for foundation, laying of cables, poles and stays etc. exceeding 1.5 metre wide and exceeding1.50 metre deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm thick each, by using excavated soil after the cables have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Double wall Corrugated High Density Polymer Ethylene (HDPE) pipe for laying of Electric cable of size 50mm outer diameter and 38 mm inner Diameter with IS 14930 (part 2) 2001 and 6 mm thickness laid in trenches, wall, floor pole including bends sockets and other connected accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -Charge. Make: Ketron/ Duraline/ Tijaria/ REX

Supply and laying in trenches or fixing in walls/ pole or poles or drawing through pipes XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with almunium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 16 sqmm 4 core including testing after laid and joined, complete all as specified and directed Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately. Make -Polycab / Havells/ KEI/ CCI / Gloster/ Legrand.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete with 30x5 mm flat iron clamps, nuts, bolts, washers and fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed. Supply & installation of steel octagonal decorative poles 5 mtrs long complete with cast iron base plate, bolts, nuts and screws fixing on suitable pole foundation with street light brackets suitable size and cable junction boxes nut bolts, washers including terminal block and glands suitable for 16 Sq mm core cable including 6 amps MCB SP complete anchor bolts and nuts as specified and directed including plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete for stay, poles etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Dimensións of foundation concrete will be (LxBxD): 0.5m X 0.5m X 1.5m below ground level and 0.5m X 0.5m X 0.3m above ground level.

Supply and fixing 3 core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, weather proof multistranded copper conductor cable, 1100 volts grade, drawn through GI pipe on pole complete all as specified and directed. Note: GI pipe required shall be measured seperately.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to galvanized iron earth lead wire 4.00mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers of galvanized iron and connected to main switch/control board upto 7.5m away from the earth electrode including excavation earth work, PCC chamber, RCC cover slab char coal, watering pipe, wire mesh lugs, earth lead protection pipe 15mm bore, medium grade upto 7.5m long as applicable and as per plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and all as specified. (a) Excavation and earth work in any type of soil. (b) Drilling of holes in electrode (c) PCC pit in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (d) 40 mm thick Pre-cast RCC cover or reinforcement with 8mm TMT bars at 100mm c/c both ways with suitable handle. (e) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore ,medium grade & copper lug etc. (f) 15mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe for protection of earthing lead. (g) Requisite quantity of charcoal and common salt. (h) Connection to earthing test point and testing on completion.
