M & L for Repairing / Servicing of potential transformer single phase oil immersed, self cooled, hermetically sealed outdoor type, 145Kv, 50Hz, Ratio (132000 V)/(110/√3) including carrying out following activities complete all as specified and as directed: [a] Checking PT Limb[Ceramic insulator] for any cracks, pitting and burns [b] Cleaning / Decarbonising with CTC [c] Carrying / conducting Ratio Test. [d] Tightening all Primary and Secondary connections. [e] Tightening and fixing basement Nuts & Bolts.

M & L for repairing & servicing of 132 KV Isolator & Earth Switch including carrying out following activities complete all as specified and as directed: [a] Cleaning of contact for dust, oxidation & pitting with CTC. [b] Cleaning of all insulators with CTC and observing any cracks and carbon deposits / contents. [c] Repairing, adjusting the rotating arms for perfect operation including lubrication with Petroleum Jelly [d] Repairing / Replacement of Tension Spring in Fixed Contacts. [e] Lubricating of all moving parts for smooth operation. [f] Checking of Auxiliary Contacts and their Calibration [g] Applying Petroleum Jelly to all Electrical Contacts / Moving Contacts. [h] Tightening of all Electrical and Mechanical Connections. Note: The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of Consumables like nuts & bolts, washers, petroleum jelly, CTC, T & P etc. complete and necessary safety measures for working in 33 KV Yard.

1100 Volts PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor control armoured cable shall comply with standards as IS 1554 (partI and partII)pvc Insulated heavy duty electric cable, is 5831 PVC insulation and sheath of electric cable, is 8130 conductor for insulated electric cable and cords, is 3961 current rating of cable, IS 502 extended solid dielectric insulated power cable for rated voltage from 1KV to 30KV, IEC 540 and 540A test methods for insulation and sheath of electric cable and cords, IEEE 383 standard for type test for class II electric cable field splices and connections, swedish standard and SS 424 1475 ClassF3 for flammable test, IEC 332-1 test on electric cable under fire condition, IEC 754 -1 test method for acid generation, ASTMD-2863 oxygen index test and temperature index test NEMA WC5 for accelerated water absorption test and dielectric strength retention test construction of cable shall be such that the PVC fillers will be used to provide uniform circular cross section before the inner sheath is applied. All material shall comply the applicable provisions of the test mentions in the specifications mentioned above, current rating and derating factors under normal conditions of installation shall be as per latest amendment IS-3961 (Part-II) the length of the cable shall be supplied in drum length of 500m for all sizes with tolerance of only 5% of ordered quantity of size 2.5sqmm 7 core armoured complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for cleaning and servicing of complete HT 33 KV 4 pole isolator structure by greasing, cleaning, servicing of jumpers, re-jumpering wherever required, tightening of nuts & bolts etc. including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer on all steel surfaces from main receiving point to distribution bus bar bay structures up to transformers inside MRS complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs Silica Gel into Breather of Transformers complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Repairs / Servicing of 145KV SF6 circuit breaker out door type with breaking cap 31.5 KA having nominal system voltage 132 KV & rated voltage 145Kv 50Hz, 3 Poles(G.O) out-door interrupting Cap, rated normal current 1250 A, having 2 trip coils auxiliary contacts 12 NO & 12 NC, closing coil 1 No. Arcing time 25 milliseconds, Tripping & closing control circuit voltage 110V DC and spring operated mechanism of ABB make comprising of the following complete all as specified and as directed: [a] Cleaning of Interrupter Limbs for Dust, Oxidising and Decarbonising with CTC. [b] Repair / Servicing of Spring Loaded Operating Mechanism [c] Repair / Servicing of Spring Charging Motor [d] Checking, repairing & servicing of Gearbox, Auxiliary Switches, Spring, Limit Switch etc. complete [e] Checking & Repairing Electrical and Mechanical Operations [f] Checking & Repairing Remote Closing and Tripping of SF6 bracker from Control Panel. [g] Lubrication all Moving Parts with Petroleum Jelly & cleaning all Bushing Insulators with CTC [h] Tightening of all Mechanical Connections of Mechanism [i] Tightening of all HV and LV Connection. M&L for Dehydration including filtration and cleaning of Transformer oil by dehydrating machine incl testing of sample before and after dehydration and filtration and replacement of silica gel all as specified and directed NOTE:- dehydration machine and testing kit will be provided by the Dept. but transportation of machine is the responsibility of Contractor without any extra cost to the dept. Sample testing will be carried out in the presence of Engr-in-Charge on site.
