Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50m. :Ordinary rock

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources and using recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) as coarse aggregate and fine aggregate within the permissible utilization, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland/Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. : Concrete of M20 grade with minimum cement content of 270 kg /cum. (Note: The permissible utilization of Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) as coarse aggregate and fine aggregate is 25% each).

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.: In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete. (Including MS fastner)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls of height upto 10 metre above ground level, in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand), furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 2 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand :2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size), in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern, including scrubbing and washing the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings, complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in- charge (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. : Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm

Providing and fixing ISI marked, IS : 1341, M.S. heavy weight bright finished butt hinges with necessary screws etc. complete : 125x90x4.00 mm

HARDWARE FIXTURESRemoving existing hinges if necessary and Providing fixing approved brass cpxidized/ S.S.heavy duty railway type/flat//butt type hinges (heavy duty) minium thickness of 5mm at the required Flora/Pooja Mark /Shreeji/Garg/Atul minium thickness 5mm at the required location with all screws making grooves in the door shutter & frame as required etc.complete. : M.S.aldrop 10 inch long
