Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm but not exc 2 Sqm and Re-fixing in same opening complete all as specified and directed

Taking down chowkhat (without taking of shutter from the frame) not exc 1.5 sqm each including making good the disturbed surface in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 or CM 1:3 all as specified and directed

All as per Item No 2 above, but exc 1.50 sqm and not exc 4.00 sqm each

Solid PVC door frame (Single rebated) of size 60 mm x 30 mm made out of solid foam with homogenious fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin with suitable metal stiffner and fixed with 100x8 sheet metal CSK screws complete all as specified and as shown on drawing (Note :- Door frame shall be water proof, termite proof, elegant and should have excellent screws holding strength to fix hinges and hold doors properly for a long life) complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing with wood free EPS .

S&F 2nd class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, clean sawn, frame rebeated on the solid , rounded or chamfered, put tegether with glue pinned at joints etc complete all as specified and as directed

Pressed steel frames made of 1.25mm thick MS sheet of profile 105x60mm x for door and window frames with one rebate including lock strike plate, shock absorber, 20mm dia 60mm long MS conduit for housing of a drop bolt, treating of internal surfaces of chowkhats with coal tar or black paint including hinges, hold fasts/lugs etc complete all as specified.

All as per item No 8 above here-in-before but size 125x60mm with double rebate.

S&F Flush door shutters 35mm thick, factory made as per IS:2202 (Part-I 1999) solid core construction, with block board core with decorative face veneer both faces with lipping/frame to match as per drawing fixed to chowkhats all as speified and directed
