REPAIRS AND REMOVAL OF BLOCKAGES CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE MANHOLE AND SEPTIC TANKS AND MISC REPAIRS TO UPKEEP THE HYGIENIC CONDITIONS OF THE AREA OF OLD TB III AND NEW TB III UNDER THE AOR AGE BR MEG OF UNDER GE N BANGALORE

Amount

Removal of sludge from septic tanks / manholes of any size and depth and burying of sludge in pits of suitable depth & filled by earth and removal of surplus soil including dewatering of water complete all as directed to a place as earmarked by state auth out side the defence land . Note - Dewatering of water or mud will not be paid only removal of sludge to be paid. Quoted rate is inclusive of necessary earth work.

Clearing & removal of blockage, of any type in WC, bathroom, kitchen including floor / nahani traps, soil waste/vent pipes gully trap upto 1st manhole, in any situation by way of cleaning / desludging and removing foreign materials to a place as earmarked by state auth out side the defence land to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge. Note:- Cleaning and removal of blockages in one qtr will be treated as one complaint. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Clearing & removal of all blockage in sewage line from manhole to manhole up to 150 mm dia of sewer lines, in any situation by way of cleaning / desludging foreign materials as well as blockage of sewage line in between successive manholes manunally / mechanically including desludging of sewage line where required and ordered by Engineer-in-charge and keeping sewer line functional, upto final drop/outlet into septic tank /central sewage system terminating in other joining zone / area or into sewage wells complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (a) Contractor shall detail his supervisor to Complaint cell at Old TB-III and NEW TB-III of AGE B/R (MEG) daily by 9.00 AM who will report to concerned JE B/R /Engineer-in-Charge to receive all complaints of entire area under this contract. Condt/--4

Condt/--3 (b) Contractor shall depute service providers (1x Sweeper & 1 x Helper) for each complaint cell located at (Old TB-III and New TB-III) as per the complaints list given alongwith all requisite tools, equipments, including all safety measures (i.e safety shoes, gloves, googles, mask, helmet etc) for attending complaint and ensure completion report by 5.00 PM same day. (c) Please note that all the complaints relating to sewage line shall be attended within same day (within 12 hour). In case of blockage in sewage line could not be detected/completed same day and concerned JE / Engineer-in-Charge is satisfied to the efforts applied then the same shall be attended and all blockage must be cleared by 24 hours (next day by 5.00 PM) without fail. (d) In case any complaint pertaining to clearing of blockage in sewage line is not removed /cleared within 24 hours (next day 5.00 PM), a penalty @ Rs. 100/- per complaint shall deducted from contractor payments. (e) Contractor shall handover one copy of complaint slip duly signed by users to respective complaint cell.

All as per item no 3 above, but exc 150mm & not exc 200 mm dia pipe . complete all as specified and directed

Mechanically pumping out sludge from septic tanks / manholes / soakage well of any size and depth and removing the same to distance/place as earmarked by state auth out side defence land including any type of T & P required etc. dewatering of water complete all as directed. Note - Dewatering of water or mud will not be paid only removal of sludge to be paid

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and paving of any depth / thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls and including wall tiles etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortor for 150 mm internal dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortor for 200 mm internal dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells cesspits manholes pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m depth in hard / dense soil etc complete all as specified and directed

All as per item no 11 above,but depth exc 1.50 mtr but not exc 3.00 mtr etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundations and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry, Type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:4 , incl demolition of block/brick work etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L providing cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) in copings, kerbs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary use and waste of form work as directed
