Material and Labour for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, pillars, corniese etc ; & applying white cement base putty to make the surfaces even in patches as required at site & smoooth with reqd type of sand paper ; and applying two coats of Cement base paint of Ist quality over one coat of cement primer to walls, pillars, cornieces etc to match the existing treatment ; including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy, ; complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brickwork, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed and disposing the rubbish to a distance exceeding 5 KM but not exceeding 10 KM away to low lying areas ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight curved on plan exc 6 mean radius built in cement mortat (1:4) ; complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

The door should be water proof, termite proof, fire retardant and having screw holding capacity ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing for 100mm x 63mm single rebated 100%Solid WPC Door Frame , made out of 100% lead free (single extruded process) material with density 780 kg/Cum and manufactured by an ISO : 9001-2015 certified company . The door frame should be water proof, termite proof, fire retardant and having excellent screw holding capacity ; complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Water proofing treatment to sunken floor including wall comprising with the following course of treatment/ specification from bottom to top. (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 ltrs per sqm over plastered surface of floor for treating the sunken floor all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Apply a coat of hot bitumen 85/25 penetration grade bitumen @ 1.20 kgs/Sqm.
