Dismantling wooden flooring 25 mm wooden planking including supporting members and including stacking within 50 metres lead Second class teak wood.

Providing and fixing Wooden flooring (Teak Wood) as per the following specifications: I. Polyethylene paper shall be laid on the existing concrete floor. II. Anti-termite treatment to the Ground Floor & wood used for flooring is treated with Anti-termite and the timber will be kiln and Dry. III. Runner size 45*70mm” Non-Teak Wood (Pine wood) Fixed on Straight direction and fixed to flooring in new concrete. IV. Top flooring Teak Wood planks of size 21 mm ( 3ft*4 inch) some lines (2ft*3inch) thickness finishing thick with jointing Tongue & groove (4 sides) finished work. V. The runner are stapled at equal distances. 19 mm cushion rubbers are four conical Thermal rubbers with reverse cavity. VI. Fixing with suitable screws/nails VII. The floor thus laid shall be machine sanded with dander=Two times-i.e. coarse medium &fine sand paper. VIII. One coat of deep penetrating melamine sealer and one coats of melamine Polish finish shall be applied.

Size: 15.m*7.1m (Game line approved by BWF) IV. Thickness : 4.5mm V. Single roll: 1.42m*15.1 (5 rolls) VI. Finishing Game lines & Approved by BWF. Brick work with clay flyash F.P.S. (non modular) brick of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of: Asbestos Cement sheet.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : Ridges plain (500 - 600mm).

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement pain and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface
