Dismantling of Existing Electrical panel and storage of the dismantled items at a site identified by the Engineer Concerned

Relocation of Cables in Lobby & Stair Area by means of Chiseling into the Brick wall which includes replacement of damaged PVC Conduits, & repairing the chieseled portion.

Supply installation, testing and commissioning of 1.5 TR capacity inverter type, reversible Hot and Cold split ACs (3/4 star). The units shall be remote controlled along with all the latest features that are in vogue in latest models viz a viz Remote controlled operation, Controllable Flap LCD, ON/OFF Timer, Dehumidification, Fuzzy Logic, Chaos flow, jet cooling etc. The job further includes providing and fitting of PVC flexible drain pipe of required length alongwith fittings besides job includes fixing indoor unit on wall by using suitable clamps and outdoor units on MS powder coated wall stand.

Providing and laying of copper tubing for carrying refrigerant. The job also includes insulating the copper pipeline with nitrilic foam, filling up with 410 A refrigerant gas and checking for leakages, if any and rectifying the same.

Providing and fitting of multi stranded, unsheathed multi core copper conductor 4 sq. mm as a service line duly laid in PVC conduitsfrom control panel to individual HOT & COLD ACs from nearest power supply point with clamps, saddle etc. as per actual requirement at site.

Providing fitting of 32 Amp double pole MCB alongwith two way enclosures with 15 AMP top Combine Box
