Dismantling of Existing Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23 cm X 23 cm X 2 cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight of cement used and the top pointed with same mortar mixed with redoxide to the full depth of tiles,

Finishing the top of roof with one course of Solar Reflective ceramic tiles (Required design) of size 305x305x25 mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in CM 1:3, 12mm thick and pointed with tile grout(Nitotile Grout or equivalent) and cement in the ratio of 1:3 for joint,curing etc., complete complying with satandard apecification and as directed by the department officers.(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works) PWD Data (observed)

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished kotta stone slabs of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm with machine cut edges and matching marble slab not less than 100mm width other than Adanga Marbles as border laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) fixing the slabs in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments and polishing with floor polisher to a high degree of finish etc., The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification

Brick work in following Cement Mortar 1:5 using best quality II class table moulded bricks 8"3/4 x 41/4" X23/4" for foundation and basement including curing etc.,complete complying with standard specification.including scaffolding curing cost of reinforcement etc.all complete as per specifications and drawings as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Plastering with CM 1:5 mix using 12mm Thick including Cost and Conveyance of all Charges etc Complete

Supply and fixing of cudapah slab 20/30mm thick cm 1:3 including all charges etc.,complete
