CLEANING OF SERVICE WATER TANKS TO BUILDINGS VARUNAPURI - I, II, III, MAP AREA AND MES ESTABLISHMENTS.

Cleaning of storage water tank of PVC/HDPE exc. 250 ltrs but n. exc 500 ltr capacity staged over RCC roof/floor slab or similar place inside /outside bldgs by removing float valves carefully, thoroughly cleaning the wall, floor and ceiling of the tanks, mouth of pipe etc, removing the dirty water, sludge and other depositions to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr to make the tank totally dirt free and finally cleaning the water tank with fresh water till water becomes clear to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and refixing of float valves all as specified and directed

All as per item No. 1.01 above but not exc 250 ltr (Loft tank)

All as per item No. 1.01 above but water tank of capacity exc 500 ltr but n. exc 1000 ltrs

All as per item No. 1.01 above but water tank of capacity 2000 ltrs

Cleaning of storage water tank of RCC/AC of 2000 ltr capacity staged over RCC roof / floor slab or similar place inside /outside bldgs by removing float valves carefully, thoroughly cleaning the wall, floor and ceiling of the tanks, mouths of pipe etc, removing the dirty water, sludge and other depositions to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr to make the tank totally dirt free and finally cleaning the water tank with fresh water till water becomes clear and applying anti algae material of approved make at inner surfaces of RCC/AC tank to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and as specified in particular specification and refixing of float valves all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repair PVC water tank covers circular type with suitable nut and bolts complete for water tanks of 500 to 2000 ltr capacity all as specified and as directed.

Writing letters TANK CLEANED ON DD MM YYYY of not exceeding 7.5cm high each letter, painted with black letters on sufficient white background on external visible face of water tank with synthetic enamel paint after removing completely existing letters if any complete all as directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs ball valve high pressure PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed 20mm bore. (Minimum weight 210 gms).

All as per item No. 1.08 above but 25mm bore ditto (Minimum Weight 455 gms).

Taking up/down old GI tubing and connections of size 15mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 1.10 above but 20mm dia ditto

S&F CPVC pipes 20mm outer dia SDR 11 and plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified

Dismantling existing water tank of 1000 Ltrs capacity and removing to store.

Fixing only Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 500 ltr capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in repairs all as specified. (HDPE water tank will be issued under Sch "B" item)

S&F in repairs Gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe 20 mm bore.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls including racking out joint hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) in two coats (10mm thick backing coat and 5mm thick finishing coat) finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of integral water proofing compound etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on ceiling/concrete surfaces/ soffits of slab etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement

Preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 with 40mm graded aggregate as in 75mm thick plinth protection finishing even and smooth without using extra cement

Preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any thickness including similar pattern roof coverings

Taking down plastering (Cement plaster) on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints , hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self-tapping screws all as specified & directed.

M & L for rolled mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc; conforming to Fe 410-W(Gde-E- 250)

M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum veight 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non- woven fabric (wt. not less than 150gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by force application method with minimum side overlap 100mm and 150mm as end lap over roofs after cleaning the surfaces properly with water and allowed to dry completely including priming surfaces for applying heavy treatment complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L rendering 10mm thick (avg) on concrete surfaces over roof slabs, in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with liquid water proofing compound, finished even and smooth without using extra cement , to receive roof treatment complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: - water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only liquid waterproofing compound.

Dismantling / taking out existing hessian base felt or any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab including removing the dismanthed debris to a distance exc 200m & n exc 250m complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc and hoisting if required, reconnecting and refixing in position upto 1000 Ltr capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L preparing old painted plasterd surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment, including washing using machine nozzled pressure water, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and bringing to plaster mother surface all as specified and approved by Engineer-in- Charge

M&L for applying two coats of water proofing treatment to walls by using Araldite builder barrier coat "Dr. Fixit (Rain Coat)" or equivalent @ 5 sqm per litre for first coat and 6 sqm per liter for second coat alongwith addition of suitable pigments for colour as directed by Engineer-in-Charge all as specified in manufacturer's instructions and to be applied through authorised applicator of manufacturer complete (Note: The Contractor shall provide 5 Years guarantee for the treatment).

M&L preparation of surfaces by washing down with water and applying a coat of acrylic polymer bonding agent @ 0.50 liter per sqm and applying first coat of cement plaster in cement-sand mortar 1:4, 10mm thick with in half an hour when bonding agent becomes tacky. After proper curing ,apply second coat of plaster in cement mortar 1:4, 5mm thick mixed with and including 100ml of liquid water proofing compound per bag of cement all as per manufacturer's instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting "V" groove and filling with cracks using crack sealing chemical of approved make complete as specified and as directed.

M & L preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer.

M & L rendering 10 mm thick, on other than fair faces of brick or stone surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and as directed

M&L providing Aluminium (powder coated) snap grid frame work for false ceiling of grid size 605 mm x 605 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 12mm thick mineral fibre perforated board (white), fixed with screws to aluminium snap grid false ceiling frame work (Note: Aluminium grid shall be measured separately under relevant item of this Schedule.)

M & L 5 mm thick PVC plain sheet as in eaves boards, fixed with including screws and iron frame work complete all as specified and directed.(Note: Iron items will be measured and paid separately under relevant item under this schedule)

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper on perforated particle boards after necessary preparation to surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats/frames with shutters n exc 1.5 sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frame)

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, fixed in position as directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain cover PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap inserts for top rail & bottom rail, Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails (stiles and rails feathered at edge) with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.
