REPAIR TO TRANSFORMER VCB, RUMs, HT PROTECTION SYSTEM STABILIZERS AND HT UG CABLE AT AF STN UTARLAI

M&L for disconnecting of defective transformer (indoor/outdoor type ) 11 KV/433 volts copper/ wound from power mains and dismantling the same from 2/4 pole structure/ platform mounted and transporting the same to authorised workshop and opening the transformer cover, draining out of tranformer oil and keep safely for reuse after filtration, assembling, removing of the burnt parts i.e tape, paper insulating strings etc gently and carefully, washing of the dust, rust and dirt from all parts incluiding taking out HT/LT leg coil core tank and cooling tubes, painting the inner side tank by zinc chromate paint and preparing the same for re-assembling after carrying out required repair and installation on existing 2/4 pole structure/ platform with neccessary fixing arrangment including connecting up electrically, commissioning and testing all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and specified in particular specification of the following capacity :- (a) 150 KVA to 250 KVA capacity Note : (i) Rate quoted shall be inclusive of taking out and reinstalling after repair of transformer with the help of crane, including transportation to workshop and back incluiding handling. (ii) U/S wornout items required replacement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BoQ.

All as per item No. 1 above but 315 KVA to 400 KVA capacity.

Supply only following parts for indoor /out door transformer :- (a) LT leg coil with insulation for copper wound transformer of any capacity.

All as per item No.3 above but HT leg coil with insulation for copper wound transformer of any capacity.

Supply & filling of transformer oil in transformer in situ/ at site for toping up the level of oil having dielectric strength 40-60 KV during filling after initial filtration conforming to IS-335 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed container and empty barrel of transformer oil will be deposited by contractor in E/M store yard.

Dehydration /filtration of transformer oil existing transformer installed at site with portable plant to improve the dielectric strength 40 to 60 KV during filling after initial filtration including testing of dielectric strength after dehydration at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only HT porecelain bushing complete with brass/tinned copper rod with nuts and gasket set complete for following cap transformer :- (a) 50 KVA to 100 KVA capacity

All as per item No.7 above but 150 KVA to 250 KVA capacity

All as per item No.7 above but 315 KVA to 400 KVA capacity

Supply only LT porecelain bushing complete with brass/tinned copper rod with nuts and gasket set complete for following cap transformer :- (a) 50 KVA to 100 KVA capacity

All as per item No.10 above but 150 KVA to 250 KVA capacity

All as per item No.10 above but 315 KVA to 400 KVA capacity

Supply only tap changer switch 11 KV complete with rod and gasket for following cap transformer :- (a) 150 KVA to 250 KVA capacity

All as per item No.13 above but 315 KVA to 400 KVA capacity

Opening of transformer cover at site for carrying out repairs such as replacment of bushing rods gasket etc and re-assembling after carrying out required repair in the transformers complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Bushing rods shall be measured and paid separately in respective item of BOQ.

Checking the condition of Silicate and packing the same to bring it to required blueish colour and refilling the new Silicate in to the breather complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnection of defective transformer and shifting of trolly mounted transformer of 315 KVA capacity at required site and connecting to HT 11000 volt in coming from existing two pole structure and LT cable to LT panel and transporting the defective transformer to AGE E/M store yard complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting LT conections of defective voltage stabiliser, taking out with the help of crane and transporting voltage stabiliser to factory for repair & back after repairing to site including connecting, LT connection earth connecting leads, testing and commissioning at site complete all as specified and directed of following capacity. (a) 50 KVA to 100 KVA capacity Note : (i) Rate quoted shall be inclusive of taking out and reinstalling after repair of voltage stabiliser with the help of crane, including transportation to workshop and back incluiding handling. (ii) U/S wornout items required replacement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BoQ.

All as per item No.18 above but 200 KVA to 315 KVA capacity

M&L in replacement of Micro switch of existing stabilizer of any make and capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of carbon brushes of existing stabilizer of any make and capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of control panel switch complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of indicator lamp suitable for stabilizer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Control card suitable for existing stabilizer of any capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of CM torque motor for rotating of dimmer as per existing capacity and make for servo voltage stabiliser complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of Relay of voltage stabilizer as per existing capacity and make complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for servicing, calibration, testing and setting of fault tripping relays as mentioned in maintance and operation manual of 11 KV HT RMU SF6 breaker /VCB as per OEM instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cable end termination, jointing kit, HT 11 KV grade, heat shrinkable, indoor type complete with jointing material suitable for HT XLPE cable 3 core 11 KV grade including taking out unserviceable joint kit complete all as specified of size 95 Sqmm x 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cable end termination, jointing kit, HT 11 KV grade, heat shrinkable, outdoor type complete with jointing material suitable for HT XLPE cable 3 core 11 KV grade including taking out unserviceable joint kit complete all as specified of size 95 Sqmm x 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for taking out HT 11 KV under ground XPLE cable from trenches including stone patti and cleaning including rectifying the fault and making it serviceable and laying the cable on same route of size 70 to 120 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work and cable joint will be measured and paid separately in respective item of BOQ.

Supply, laying, testing, jointing and commissioning in replacement XLPE insulated cable screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric powercable heavy duty with aluminium conductor of size 95 sqmm 3 core 11000 Volt grade (11 KV earthed system) laid in trenches/ fixed on pole including taking out existing deffective cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth work, sand cushioning, cable protection cover, pipe and joint shall be measured and paid separately in respective item of BOQ.

Supply and laying in replacement of GI pipe 100 mm dia light grade in treanches for road/ path and fixing alongwith pole/wall for protection of underground cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing HT cable route indicator cast iron of suitable size along with HT cable trench including planting in ground with PCC complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling including spreading, leveling watering & well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm for soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material at a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Providing dry tibba sand in trenches as sand cushioning to U/G cable including punning down of sand in layer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

M & L for laying only serviceable stone patti (obtained from Item No. 31 will be reused) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40 to 50 mm thick rough dressed Jodhpur type stone slab cover 25 to 30 cm wide and 30 to 40 cm in length laid dry abutting each other or under ground protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring holes under road, pavement hardstanding by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique & necessary machine complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L required for locating fault in U/G HT cable by using fault detector machine including transportation and by carying out high pressure test complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour in replacement of Earthing complete with copper earth electrode 60cm x60cm x3.15 mm thickness burried directly in ground(earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal groound level connected to and incl copper strip of size 32x6 mm by means of nuts & bolts, check nuts and washers of copper alloy and connection to test point and earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No.3 SSR part I 2009 and specified or indicated including excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 in chamber, precast 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 with CI frame, funnel, GI pipe 20 mm bore medium grade for watering nd 40 mm bore GI pipe medium grade for protection and test point complete all as specified and directed. Note : Copper strip 32x6 mm upto 7.5 mtr length shall be deemed to include in this items rate

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall/on suitable insulators, on batten or recessed or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit /pipe or fixed to pole on any other indicated situation of size 32x6 mm copper strip complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread stone metal graded aggregate of size 40 mm at transformer yard of all Sub stations including surface dressing complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor will level the uneven surface before spreading aggregate.

Surface Dressing / Cleaning of Surrounding Area of Two Pole / four Pole Structure including removing of tree brances, small trees plants bushes etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Tripping coil 110 volt DC supply complete as per existing make and type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L earthing complete as per electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.0mm thick, buried directly vertically in ground in a pit depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less then 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron or steel earth strip 25mm x 4mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel. Earthing strip shall be protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 32mm bore light grade and connected to continuous earth wire on pole / test point. Watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI medium grade. The earthing shall be of inclusive of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal, salt, funnel PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of existing PCC pole upto 150 cm height from ground level with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in yellow and black colour code in 30 cm width for LT and HT pole complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for disconnection of HT and earthing connections from existing VCB carefully and taking out the VCB and shifting from ATC Sub Stn to Sub Stn No.5 by using crane and making HT/Earthing connections complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for disconnection of HT and earthing connections from existing VCB carefully and taking out the VCB and shifting from Old Gupta Pump House to Beriwala Pump House by using crane and making HT/Earthing connections complete all as specified and directed..

S & F in replacement of Amp meter 3 phase, suitable for VCB complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of battery backed power pack input 230 volts AC supply and output 110 volt DC supply suitable for HT VCB complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of Neon indicating lamp suitable for VCB/RMU (Red, Yellow, Blue) panel mounting type complete all as specified and directed.
