(i) Above all attending to complaint/break down calls when called upon. Repair/replacement of microprocessor control if installed. Reporting the healthiness of the plant and suggesting improvements if any)

(ii)The work will be carried out either by Voltas personnel or its authorized sub- contractors as directed by Voltas.

(iii) This scheme does not cover damage to equipment / ancillaries or failure due to environmental conditions and due to contaminated / hard water, there itmes measured and paid separatly under respetive schedule.

(iv)Each plant will be tested in the presence of GE, Engineer-in- Charge and ref of the user unit.

(v) The test results shall be recorded and shall be preserved duly signed by the contractor, GE, Engineer-in- Charge and ref of the user unit.

(vi)The contractor shall get the sample of all the materials approved from Engr-in-charge.

(vii)The material procured and brought at site by the contractor shall be got approved from Engr-in- Charge.

(viii)Check the earth connection and fuses.

(ix) Clean the condenser and other equipments.

(x)Clean the controls.

(xi)Check starting and running current and voltage while running.

(xii)Check the insulation resistance valve.

(xiii)Check leak LP and HP cut-outs i.e. 5 lbs/inch2 for LP and 150 lbs/inch2 for HP.

(xiv)Check expansion valves.

(xv) Check for entire system with the help of water & soap.

(xvi)Clean the drip tray with water.

(xvii) Check the condition of blower fans, shafts and its direction of rotation.

(xviii) Check the ducting condition.

(xix) Check the working of the plants and limits of vibration and noise

(xxx)Check suction and delivery of the compressor and its efficiency.

(xxi)Dismantle the weather make chamber by removing duct connections and opening the return air box, clean the evaporator coil, drip tray, ducting and repair the return air box (if required) , paint the system and re-install the same.

(xxii)Check the service valves for wear.

(xxiii)Clean the contacts of LP/HP switches.

(xxiv) Check and adjust the alignment of belts and their tension.

(xxv) Check the wiring and all the connections including meggering.

(xxvi) Check thermostatic switch and clean the contacts

(xxvii) water cooled system/water line clening & paintng incl cooling tower

(xxviii)All pump any size overhuling and repairing /replacement of unserviceable gland and cupling complete

(xxix) Cooling tower cleaning with Scrapper

Taking out residual refrigerant gas from AC plant 10x 3= 30 TR into empty cylinder of the following capacity AC plant and depositing the same in AGE E/M store yard for further reuse complete of the under mention AC plant all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge, location-IT section (Note:- (i) Empty cylinder will be arranged temporary by the contractor (ii) All accessories and T&P require for transfer of gas into cylinder will be arrangement by the contractor at his own cost)
