M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching and coping etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old srfaces of wall and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n. exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and gettingout in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2( using 40mm graded stone aggrtegate) as in sub base etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey pigment cement etc including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finished complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 20mm thick granite of any type work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platform and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement(1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite including rounding, moulding of edges of granite and 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 for receiving granite in vertical surfaces complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 with water proofing compund (@ 3% by weight of cement) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 6-8mm dia TMT bar, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slab for man holes, shelves and similar articles etc set in CM 1:4 incl necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 150mm dia saltglazed stone ware drain pipes laid in trenches and jointed as specified complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L concrete bed to drain pipes 1:4:8 type D-2 including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested for 150mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for construction of septic tank for 100 users capacity, excavation and earth work in ordinary soil, foundation with PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, brickwork in CM 1:4, RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 slab, RCC precast manhole cover having 6mm plate embedded around with angle iron frame, vent shaft and sludge chambers etc all as shown on drawing no. Construction of Soakage well 2.4m dia and 4.5m effective depth, excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6 walls of honeycombed masonary with top ring of RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab, interconnecting pipes complete filled with brick bats complete all as shown on drawing No. TD/576 sheet 1/1 & 2/2.
