Material and labour for cleaning and attending/rectify day to day complaint to clear the blockage of WC, WHB, bathroom grating, WHB, Sink, soil waste pipe, floor trap Nahani trap, kitchen trap, gully trap and removing the sludges, mud silt liquid sewage water, sand from out of premises complete all as specified and as directed through complaint slip. Note: (a) Complaint register/slip shall be produced at the time of claiming the payment. (b) Minimum one person shall be present on all working days 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs to attend the above complaints/maintenance and reporting the progress to AGE B/R-I sub Divn. (c) Contrctor shall arrange suitable T&P (such as KHAPACHI, Bamboo, cleaning rod and suitable materials/tools, GI wire, PHAWADA, bucket, spike etc including necessary form work/scaffolding and safety measures. (d) For non-attending of sewage complaints within 48hrs recovery of Rs 200/- per complaints per day shall be deducted from his dues onthis account and the report on non compliance of such complaints enclosed with each RAR/Final bill.
Cleaning of sewage pipe line upto 300mm bore by means of sewage cleaning jet machine/ compressores/ Drain jetters pump and clean out the sludge/ liqiud mud or any other obstruction material upto 15mtr depth including necessary rodding, working in foul position and depositing of sludge/ silt/ liquid mud beyond premises of MoD land etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- It is duty of contrctor to inform concerned JE whenever they bring Jet/ compressive machine and all other arrangement of electricity, water etc included in quoted cost by the contractor.
Cleaning of sewage lines of any dia and in any position by means of rodding/ bamboos etc including manholes of any description by taking out night soil excreta and solid sludge and buried under 30cm deep soil by digging suitable size of pits 100mtr away from site, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- 1. Excavation of pit and removal of surplus soil is deemed to be included in unit rate. 2. Contractor shall arrange water for jettin, refilling to tank including labours required to be engaged in the work and rubbish off the sludge beyond MoD land. 3. Bleaching powder to be spread over and all around of buried night soil/ sludge. . complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Cleaning of septic tanks/ Drop Manholes of any capacity by removing sludge and sludge water by pumping or manually by any means and the sludge/sludge water is to be disposed periphery of defence land including taking off and refixing man holes covers. NOTE:-Any kind of sewage cleaning device such as sewage cleaning Mechanical Pump / Vehical including in the rate quoted by the contractor. It is duty of contractor to inform concerned JE whenever they bring pumping/ suction machine
Sucking out sewage water through sewage tanker from the manholes/ septic tank/ soakage well in different location and disposal (5000Ltr capacity) by using high pressure super sucker machine vehicle mounted jetting cum suction unit to be capable of air lefting of dense waste/ sludge like mud slurry, small stones, debris, grit etc from sewer lines through vaccum mode and capable of jetting sewer lines of dia 150mm to 450mm including skilled driver and operator for supervising of cleaning of sewage line and also required sludge/ silt/ mud/ debris etc of out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Pumping and Loring rate are include in this item and same shall not be operatd along with items 2 to 6 here in before and after. It is duty of contractor to inform concerned JE whenever they bring pumping/ suction machine.
Cleaning of soil/ waste pipe of any dia by rodding, pumping without disturbing joints and clamps from 1st floor to ground floor and refixing the floor trap grating complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Taking down and refixing of wash basin, urinal, sink with drainage board and without drainage board etc including white cement and gas kit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and fixing for 70mm thick factory made precast RCC manhole covers including precast frame of any size & shape(Squre/rectangular/circuler), light duty,conforming to IS - 12592, fixed at site etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Contractor to deposit the full quantity to the MES store yard within 1 month of issuing of work order. The same will be placed at designated site by contractor labour. Rates for shifting of manhole covers from MES store yard to site deems to be included in the quoted rates and no separate payment will be considered on this account.

Taking down carefully existing rolling shutters any type, anyfor carrying out necessary repairs by replacing old unserviceable parts, greasing, oiling for its smooth functioning complete and re-erecting the same in old position, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (NOTE :- supply and fix parts of shutter, greasing, oiling and painting will be measured and paid separately.

Taking down spring 45 threaded and supply and fixing new spring 45 threaded complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing for 35mm thick factory made plain framed panelled door shutters of 2nd class hard wood two panel with lock rail and panel of 9mm thick BWP commercial ply ,the size of rail and style as per IS : 1003 Part-I, Kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated factory made shutters wood is to be incorporated all as specified,complete all as specified NOTE :- All screws shall be self tapping chrome plated
