SCHEDULE 'A' PART I : COMPREHENSIVE ROUTINE MAINTENANCE :- Comprehensive Routine maintenance and repair including renewal/replacement of minor defective parts other than those covered under Sch A Part II of electrically operated lifts, 13 Passenger (884 Kgs) capacity fully automatic electrically operated with microprocessor based control panel, automatic operated sliding (center opening) doors serving ground plus upper tweleve floors (G+12) installed at following bldgs including carrying out daily check and periodical service of fully automatic electric lift with power operated door Duplex full collective control system and replacement of unserviceable parts as and when required. (A)Bearing, bushes, all type of shoes, headers, hangers, door cards, door lock (B)Control cards, control connectors/ links, haal push button, hall push button cover (C)Carryout jobs as and when required for rewinding of motors, welding of cracks/ broken MS parts, repair to door, safety edge working at any principle and any type of sensor (D)Mechanical safety lock, magnetic lock or contact, cop buttons, car position indicator, door cill, car door cill (E)Necessary wiring and cable as per requirement for safe operation of lift, lift cabin fan, cabin light including tube rod & Tube light fitting etc, complete to ensure safety and smooth operation of lift installed at Bldg No. P-112 (50 Md JCOs Accn) 02 Nos complete all as specified and directed. Make: Shree Elevator Engineering Co. Notes for SI Item Nos 1 to 4:- (i) This schedule Part-I does not include the items covered under Sch A Part - II. (ii) All the items required for the smooth and perfect working of the lifts other than those covered under Sch A Part - II shall be deemed to be included in this schedule. (iii) Cleaning of machine rooms and lift pit, drain out water from lift pit shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (iv) the lifts under item no. 1 to 4 are declared BER . After instruction from GE cntractor shall stop the Maintainance work only executed quantity wii be measured.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART II : REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT :- Disconnecting and taking old/unserviceable travelling cable and supply Flat Travelling Cable PVC insulated 16 core flat/ round type with multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade of size 0.75 sqmm confirming to IS and including thimbless suspended type freeely move with car cabin up and down movements between ground and upper floors including necessary proper connection with midway junction and other connection required in circuit complete for lifts installed at army area colaba complete all as specified and as directed. Disconnecting and taking out Full Height infrared Door Sensor & supply and fixing new Full Height infrared Door Sensor as specified and dircted by Engineer incharge for Bldg No. P 112, P-107 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair electric fan axial flow type 300 mm sweep including fixing and necessary wiring complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable defective batteries of ARD and supply and fixing testing and commissining for new maintenance free battery for ARD including neccesary connnection like battery terminal of brass and copper lead to connect 12 V 18 AH batteries 4 nos complete as specified and directed.
