Schedule 'A' Part - I (TARMAC):- Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Existing Tarmac concrete (PQC) to be demolished. The demolition will be required to be carried out using appropriate equipments / machines. The cost of demolition is deemed to be including demolition equipments / machines. (b) The debris obtained from demolition to be disposed off out side defence land / HAL aerodrome's low lying areas / where directed by Engr-in-charge. (c) The payment of removal of debris will be paid under Item no-13.

Material and labour for providing and laying Dry lean concrete (DLC) 130 mm thick of aggregate gradation as per table 1 of SP 49:2014 having 7 days average compressive strength not less than 7 Kg/cm2. Minimum cement content not less than 140 kg/ cum DLC mixed in batching plant transported to site and laid by electronic sensor paver including spreading and compacting using high amplitude tamping bars of paver (initial compaction) further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory roller with 80-100 KN static weight to achieve minimum dry density necessary finishing etc complete all as specified and tolerance to be as per Table 9000-1 MoRTH specification for Road and bridge work 2013 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual, organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness laid over DLC layer as specified and as directed including watering and consolidation.

M&L for supply and laying 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) water proof, wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390 gm/sqm over tack coat/ sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips and at transverse joints as minimum 300 mm all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces of WMM using power roller exceeding 8 tonne & not exceeding 12 tonne including watering as necessary and consolidating to the required level, gradient or camber, keeping roller wheels wet if require, filling in hollows and depression to achieve a minimum K value on WMM of 5.40 Kg/cm2/cm or 54.24Mpa/m estimated as per table 3 of IRC: 58-2015 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for 230 mm thick pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimum 28 days field flexural strength of 45kg/ sqcm, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15-2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense, non porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregate of clean natural sand or gravel, fine aggregate of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360kg//cum of cement with non circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39 UV stable alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240 degree and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer PQC laid spread and compacted with slip from paver of minimum 7.50 m width, including curing and tining by texturing cum curing machine complete all as specified and directed . Required surface texture to be done as specified an clause 10.1.14 and table 9 of IRC 15-2017 complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note:- (a) Flexural strength shall be established by beam and design mix formula should be compatible to as per IRC-44-2008, IS-456 (b) The non circular fibre synthetic reinforcement mixed with concrete shall be measured and paid separately as 'supply only' under respective item. (c) All type of joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. Curing compound shall be applied at the paving stage after broom finish and surface is dry and rate for use curing compound shall be included in the unit rate quoted. (d) No deduction shall be made from concrete for space occupied by construction and dummy joint. However, deduction shall beamed for the space occupied by expansion joint. (e) Cost of any admixtures required to achieve the desired properties of concrete shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for PQC nothing shall be paid on this account. (f) Surface vibrators, vibrating screed and needle vibrators shall be used for laying and compacting of PQC materials, PQC plant (weigh batching) shall be used for construction work at site. (g) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of ordinary Portland cement grade 43 content used in the work as approved in the design mix exceed 360 kg. (h) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of use and waste of formwork for total thickness.

M & L for Adequate coat of Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc on roads, pavements and the like exceeding 10 cm wide with road marking paint, Any colour as approved, including preparation of existing concrete surface, complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Forming 25 mm width expansion joint in concrete slab for full depth of PQC Early entry saw and appropriate size, straight and smooth edges joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris. The joint then filled with pre-molded 25mm thick compressible polyethylene closed cell type filler board as specified, thereafter application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 30 mm dia, over filler board and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2023 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of (+/-) 30% having minimum 10 years performance guarantee, applying masked tape on the edges of joint and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and directed. Note:- (a) The sealant work shall be executed through OEM/ Authorized applicator.

Cutting of construction joints 25 mm deep and 10mm wide by early entry saw cut using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size. Straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris. application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 12 mm dia, application of bond breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS-5212, BS 4252 and EN- 141875-2023 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of ( +/- ) 30% having minimum 10 years performance guarantee, applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and directed. Note:- (a) The sealant work shall be executed through OEM/ Authorized applicator.

Forming dummy/contraction joints with an initial saw cut of 3 mm soon after the concrete has set, upto a depth of 1/3rd to 1/4th the thickness of the slab, widening the first saw cut to 6 mm and 24 mm deep by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air, Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris, Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 8 mm dia, application of band breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN- 141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) OF (+/-) 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee, applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacture complete as specified and directed. Note:- (a) The sealant work shall be executed through OEM/ Authorized applicator.

Material and labour for round bar bars 10mm dia and over for dowel bars/moorings, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and including MS wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips. Gde Fe-410 (Gde-E-250 quality A) complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials etc. to a distance 5 km or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) The debris obtain from demolition to be disposed off out side defence land / HAL aerodrome's low lying areas / where directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m depth for foundation etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for RCC (Design mix) M-25 (20 mm graded aggregates) as in foundations including rafts, footings, foundation beam, plinth beam, bases for columns etc basement slabs and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends or bars shouldered and for riveted or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E 165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance exceeding 1.5Km but not exceeding 5Km outside the MOD/Unit area and depositing where directed by Local authorities.

Material and labour for painting steel and iron work of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide (Zinc chrome) primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Schedule 'A' Part II (DRAIN):- Demolition of Cement Concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) The debris obtain from demolition to be disposed off out side defence land / HAL aerodrome's low lying areas / where directed by GE. (b) The payment of removal debris will be paid Item no-13.

Providing, precast cement concrete RCC M-35 (Design mix) as in drain cover slab (of any section) with plain fair faces, including chamfers weathering, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) The rate includes use of forms, mould, machine moulds and setting the blocks, slab etc. (b) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; exceeding 200m thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to edges of concrete flats, breaks in floors, opening in concrete walls, floors and roofs and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping, and similar work all exceeding 20 cm wide (where RCC/PCC band in walls, spanning and opening) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over as reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC M-35 Design mix Beams, cantilevers, lintels, columns pillars, piers, posts, struts, chullah hoods, stair case, arches, domes, vaults, shell roofs, arch ribs, folded plates, slabs, balconies, canopies, deck slabs etc. or in similar articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Schedule 'A' Part - III (E/M Works) Dismantling, taking out the existing roller gate from site (comprising of Roller gates - 02 Nos of size 27m x 2.13m (LxH) and rail of length 108m each, total qty of rail length - 2 Nos including demolition of PCC of TARMAC and keeping the rail and rail guide away from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

Reassembling, Refixing same in its original position (comprising of Roller Gates - 02 Nos of size 27m x 2.13m (LxH) and rail of length 108m each, total qty of rail length - 2 Nos including testing and commissioning after repair work done by B/R complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (a) The quoted rate is inclusive of making good all disturbed masonary / concrete / PQC for fixing rails / steel surface to match the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.
