Comprehensive Maintenance to VRF type AC 14 HP x 2 Nos ODU with 4 Nos of cassette type and 8 Nos High wall type IDU of Carrier make including general servicing of indoor unit and outdoor unit as and when ordered as in preventive maintenance including cleaning, removing the dust particles of air filters replacement of all worn out parts greasing of fan motors, checking of gas pressure, charging of refrigerant etc complete with all T&P required including scaffolding if required for the smooth and satisfactorily functioning of the AC units complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Location : SECURITY BUILDING NOTE :- Replacement of compressors, condenser fan motors, Blower and motor, PCBs, Solenoid valves, Drain pumps, Refrigerant, Oil, etc., if required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule.

Comprehensive Maintenance to VRF type AC 26 HP x 1, 16 HP x 2, and 12 HP x 1 Nos ODU with 35 Nos High wall type IDU of Carrier make including general servicing of indoor unit and outdoor unit as and when ordered as in preventive maintenance including cleaning, removing the dust particles of air filters replacement of all worn out parts greasing of fan motors, checking of gas pressure, charging of refrigerant etc all complete with all T&P required including scaffolding if required for the smooth and satisfactorily functioning of the AC units complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Location: ADMIN BUILDING NOTE :- Replacement of compressors, condenser fan motors, Blower and motor, PCBs, Solenoid valves, Drain pumps, Refrigerant, Oil, etc., if required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule.

Comprehensive Maintenance to VRF type AC 20 HP x 1, 18 HP x 8, 16 HP x 2, 14 HP x 2 and 10 HP x 4 Nos ODU with 148 Nos of cassette type IDU of Carrier make including general servicing of indoor unit and outdoor unit as and when ordered as in preventive maintenance including cleaning, removing the dust particles of air filters replacement of all worn out parts greasing of fan motors, checking of gas pressure, charging of refrigerant etc complete with all T&P required including scaffolding if required for the smooth and satisfactorily functioning of the AC units complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Location : SHAKTI HANGAR NOTE :- Replacement of compressors, condenser fan motors, blower and motor, PCBs, Solenoid valves, Drain pumps, Refrigerant, Oil, etc., if required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule.

Comprehensive Maintenance to VRF type AC 16 HP x 4, and 12 HP x 3 Nos ODU with 40 Nos of cassette type IDU of Voltas make including general servicing of indoor unit and outdoor unit as and when ordered as in preventive maintenance including cleaning, removing the dust particles of air filters replacement of all worn out parts greasing of fan motors, checking of gas pressure, charging of refrigerant etc complete with all T&P required including scaffolding if required for the smooth and satisfactorily functioning of the AC units complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Location : NEW TECHNICAL COMPLEX NOTE : Replacement of compressors, condenser fan motors, Blower and motor, PCBs, Solenoid valves, Drain pumps, Refrigerant, Oil, etc., if required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule.

General servicing and maintenance of Package / Cassette type AC of any make and capacity upto 5.5 TR including general servicing of indoor and outdoor unit as and when ordered as in preventive maintenance including cleaning, removing the dust particles of air filters replacement of all worn out parts greasing of fan motors, checking of gas pressure, charging of refrigerant etc complete with all T&P required including scaffolding if required for the smooth and satisfactorily functioning of the AC unit complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Location : CABS/STIR. NOTE :- Replacement of compressor and spares such as starting capacitor, running capacitor, fan motor, Blowers, PCBs, Refrigerant, Drain pump, Sensors, Oil etc., if required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule.
