GE/CHM-118/2025-2026 REPAIR, MAINT AND CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE, MANHOLES AND AREA DRAINAGE IN MD ACCN UNDER AGE B/R II AT CHANDIMANDIR

Cleaning and clearing of blockage from any type of WCs (Indian/European), trap & Cl pipe line upto 1st manhole manually by rodding, pumping etc (including taking off manhole covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning) of any description, underground and at any depth by removing any type of blockage including de-silting and de-chocking (Sludge/sludge water shall be disposed off at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside MD land complete all as specified and as diretted by the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in any type of soil (hard/dense or mud) for getting out puncturing or existing damaged/broken or otherwise nonfunctional salt glazed stone ware pipe upto 150 mm dia bore (length of pipe 60 cm) , and supply and fixing salt glazed stone ware pipe of dia upto 150 mm bore , ISI Marked including PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 in bed and haunching as required, jointing with existing line, returning, filling in and well ramming the soil and removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtrs and deposited where directed , complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 2 herein before but for 200mm bore of pipe, complete all as specified and directed

Plain cement mortar 1:3:6 (type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate), 50mm thick as in Plinth protection/hardstanding , finishing cement concrete even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Plain cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 using (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, surface channel and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells cesspits, manholes, pier hole etc. and getting out, complete all as specified.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm depth , complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point , complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of any type and description internal dia of pipe 150mm, set in cement mortar, PCC packing in bed and haunching etc complete, all as specified and directed. Note:Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Clearing and desilting of manholes of size n.exc 1.20m x 1.20m and depth n.exc 1.5m and removing the sludge to a distance exc 250m and n.exc 500m and depostied where directed in and including borrow pits and covering the borrow pits with 10 cms thick layer of soil, including pumping out liquid and liquid sludge if required , complete all as specified and directed.

Clearing and desilting of manholes of size n.exc 1.20m x 1.20m and depth exc 1.5m but n. exc 3 m and removing the sludge to a distance exc 250m and n.exc 500m and depostied where directed in and including borrow pits and covering the borrow pits with 10 cms thick layer of soil including pumping out liquid and liquid sludge with pumping machince, complete all as specified and directed.

Clearing and desilting of manholes of size n.exc 1.20m x 1.20m and depth exc 3.0m but n. exc 4.50 m and removing the sludge to a distance exc 250m and n.exc 500m and depostied where directed in and including borrow pits and covering the borrow pits with 10 cms thick layer of soil including pumping out liquid and liquid sludge with pumping machince, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and clearing of underground sewage line upto 300 mm bore pipe of any description, underground at any depth , (including manholes by taking off manhole covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning) removing any type of blockage including de-silting and de-chocking with combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vaccum) `type machine mounted on LCV/HCV and having facilities of high pressure shape nozzle pipe and flushing after cleaning of manholes, all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:sludge/sludge water shall be disposed off at authorized dumping site declared by local administration, duly covered in a hygienic manner while transporting outside MOD land.

Clearing and desilting of septic tank upto 50 users, depth exc 1.5m but n.exc 3.00m with combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vaccum) type machine mounted on LCV/HCV and having facilities of high pressure shape nozzle pipe and flushing after cleaning of sludge/sludge water shall be disposed off at authorized dumping site declared by local administration duly covered in a hygienic manner while transporting outside MOD land) complete all as specified and directed. NOTE for serial item No 61 to 65 :- (i) Net contents of sludge shall be measured at the time of removal and paid (ii) The rate inclusive of dewatering as required and nothing extera shall be paid extra on this acccount.
