Supply ,Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Black steel pipes as per IS 1239 (Heavy class) of below mentioned sizes . The job further includes all fittings like anchors, fasteners, couplings, bends, elbows, flange, tees, etc. Welded or flanged joints as required, painting with two coats of enamel paint as per colour code over a ready mixed priming coat. The job further includes surface preparation cutting holes and chases complete as per techinical specifications of annexure B.

Supply ,Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Black steel pipes IS 1239 (Heavy class)of below mentioned sizes. The Job further includes all fittings like anchor fastners, couplings, bends, elbows, flange, tees, etc. Welded or flanged joints as required, including applying with one coat of readymix primer, wraping the pipe with 4mm thick wraping tape . The Job further includes laying the pipe so that the top of the pipe is at a depth of one meter below ground level including excavating trenches (Hard/Rocky Soil) and then refilling the soil in layers not exceeding 20 cms. in depth, consolidating each depodited layer by ramming, watering etc. complete as required as per techinical specifications of annexure B.

Fire Hydrant System

Single headed, Gun metal ISI marked oblique pattern hydrant landing valve with 80 mm dia flanged inlet and 63 mm dia instantaneous type female outlet complete with gunmetal cap and G.I. chain, twist release type plug and all accessories as per IS:5290-1983 (Type 'A')as per techinical specifications of annexure B.

First-Aid Fire Hose Reel wall mounting swinging type complete with drum, bracket, 25 mm dia. ball valve and 20 mm dia.x 36M long high pressure Hose Reel tubing as per IS:444 & ISI marked with Gunmetal shut-off nozzle having 5mm dia. orifice. The Hose Reel shall strictly confirm to IS : 884-1985.as per techinical specifications of annexure B.

Non-percolating flexible hose (RRL type-'A') ISI marked (IS:636) 63 mm dia x 15 M long complete with instantaneous type gunmetal 63 mm dia. IS marked Male and female couplings (IS:903) bound and riveted to hose pipe with copper rivets and 1.5 mm copper wire.as per techinical specifications of annexure B.

Controlled Percolating (CP) Hose ISI marked (IS:8423) 63 mm dia x 15 M long complete with instantaneous type gunmetal 63 mm dia. IS marked Male and female couplings (IS:903) bound and riveted to hose pipe with copper rivets and 1.5 mm copper wire.as per techinical specifications of annexure B.

Gun-metal 63mm dia short size branch pipes with 20 mm dia nozzles with 63mm instantaneous coupling ISI marked (IS: 903).as per techinical specifications of annexure B.

Providing and fixing of Standard fireman's axe with heavy rubber handle

M.S. cabinet door fabricated from 16 g M.S. sheet with full glass and locking arrangement, suitable to enslose the fire fighting enclosure/space accommodating 1 Hydrant landing valve, 1 fire hose reel, 2 nos.15m long 63mmdia hose,1-branch pipe. The door shall be painted with one coat of primer and finished stove enamelled "Fire Red", "Fire Hose" written on front. suitably mounted on a raised masonry platform as required (Approx. size 1.2 m x 2.1 m). for internal hydrants

100mm dia two-way fire brigade inlet connection consisting of 63mm size instantaneously make coupling and shall be protected by cap scored with a chain glass bore etc. complete with one 100mm dia sluice valve and 100mm dia non-return valve (To be connected to external ring main/wet riser/sprinkler riser)

Gun-metal 4-way fire brigade inlet connection of 4 nos. 63mm dia instantaneous type male coupling with built in check valves and 150mm dia flanged outlet complete with bolts, nuts and rubber insertions as per I.S:904 as per techinical specifications of annexure B.

Providing and inatallation of portable 6 Kg capacity , dry power fire extinguishers of ABC type (MAP 90). The fire extinguishers shall be suitable for extinguishing fire of A,B&C type. The extinguishers shall confirm to the relevant BIS standards and ISI mark should be labeled on the cylinder.
