ECHP-I- Checking and monitoring of mechanical equipments in Secondary Crusher House-I

Charges for routine maintain & monitoring of running crusher A,B,C , screen A,B,C, RBFD 20,21 and SFD 4A,4B and SFD 5A,5B and 5C and belt feeder 22 & 23 , RP gates No.1,2,3 & 4 & flap gates No.1,2 & 14 of SCH-I area such as checking of bearing temperature, checking the vibration of running crusher and screens, checking the tightness of bolts and rotor assembly complete set spare parts such as tooth & plain ring hammers, cage bars, cage frame assembly, centre discs, end discs, disc spacers etc., if during in service ring hammers was broken and replaced by new / IInd hand ring hammers in crusher A,B & C, coal leakage arresting by patch up welding in crusher A,B & C, screen A,B & C checking the screen spares bolt tightness such as screen tension bolts, centre bolts, top & bottom mesh clothes, tension skirt board, deflector plates, screen bearings, counter weights, replacing the damaged C-120 V belts. Live frame & bucker up frame bolt tightness etc., checking the belt feeder and shuttle feeder equipments such as, Plummer blocks, bearings, gear box, belt scrapper, skirt rubber adjustment, belt joints, etc., Checking the operating of RP gates, 1, 2,3 & 4 by pass gates and flap gate No.1, 2 & 14 gates open and close. Whenever at the time of ship discharge and coal leakage arrest by patch up welding etc., and checking of deflector plate if any damaged condition and fixing of new deflector plate by patch up welding and skirt rubber and scrapper adjusting and refixing works in RBFD 20, 21 and SFD 4A, 4B and SFD 5A, 5B, 5C and belt feeder 22 & 23 at SCH-I. etc., including the hire charges for T & P’s cost of consumables etc., complete.
