Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including floor finishes/tiling work and disposal of debris complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded agg. ) as in plinth protection / path/ any paved area complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair two strand galvanised steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia bars @ 75mm spaciang and fixed to any type started rails strained bolts incl securing or tying at closing with and provn of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for 900/600 mm dia concentrina spiral coil fencing with punched tape and 6 m max openable length, on wall with angle iron Y shaped with 9 horizontal RBT reinforced barbed wire studied with GI staples and GI clips to retain horizontal incl necessary bolts or GI barbed wire tied to angle iron, with reinforced barbed wire tape (RBT)/spring core (2.5 mm thick) wire of tensile strength of 165 kg/sqmm with tape (0.52mm thick) and weight 43.47 gm/m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to new steel and iron surfaces over 10cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surface including preparation of old steel surface width or girth exc 10cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on concrete surfaces such as soffit it of RCC slab, chajjas and brick walls etc inck raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on of brick work or concrete surface finish ever and smooth (w/o using extra cenent) incl WPC @ 3% weight of cement at any height etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. ( WPC will be measured and paid separately)

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces, and applying two caoatof weather paint (Apex) paint over a coat of exterior primer colour and tint as ordered OR in CCD pattern upto 15 meters height on wall sides and soffits of the beams, ceiling, facias parapets etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing surface treatment from the old plastered pointed/ concrete surfaces vertical or horizonatal including brooming with steel wire brushing, scrapping down, smoke soot moulds moss and efflorescent salts and greasy sports etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for two coat of exterior emulsion paint (weather coat) over a coat of exterior primer, pattern upto 15 metres height including sides and soffits of the beams, ceilings, fascias, parapets etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1.Colour and tint shall be got approved from user before procurement and execution. 2. A guarantee certificate for weather proof paint shall be rendered by contractor as per manufacturer instruction

M&L for preparation of old plastered/ unplastered old decorated surfaces of wall pillars, cornicers by brooming down or steel brushing, scraping down smoke roots moulds moss and efflorescence salts trading oil greasy spots etc and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint (weather coat ) over a coat of exterior primer upto 15 m height including sides and soffits of the beam ceilings fascats parapets etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:1. Colour and tint shall be got approved from user before procurement and execution. 2. A guarantee certificate for weather proof paint shall be rendered by contractor as per manufacturer instruction

M/L for one layer of 3mm thick external wall care Putty /compound for external wall Surfaces of Bldg on old scraped surfaces or new plastered surfaces and obtain smooth finish using sand paper incl complete removal of existing treatment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Acrylic letters (English/Hindi) 300 mm high, 50 mm width and 3 mm depth hollow wall fixed on walls fixed on wall surface or 3mm ACP sheets board of any description using stainless steel screws of suitable size or best quality adhesive including LED module rain proof lights fittings in each letters complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing daberies/excavated material to a distance exceeding 1.5KM but not exceeding 5 KM and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for broken glass in 12 mm thick CM 1:3 coping on top of walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
