Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (make-as direction of EIC) of the following sizes in the prelaid polythene pipe/PVC rigid conduit/GI conduit and by the prelaid GI fish wire and making necy. connection as required. a) 2x1.5sqmm + 1x1.5sqmm

b) 2x2.5sqmm + 1x2.5sqmm

c)2x56/0.3 (4 sqmm) + 1x36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) as ECC

Hiring charges for scaffolding arrangement including dismantling at the end of work and carriage, for LC installation, per storey of building per vertical run.(8 vertical run for 4 storied)

Supply & fixing of 230V AC full metal body 16 inch sweep wall bracket fan (Make EPC, Orient, Crompton)

Supply of 1200mm sweep ceiling fan complete blades,canopy,fork,rubber bush,etc (Make-Orient Electric Apex Prime 1200mm High Speed Ceiling Fan Smoke Brown or similar spec of Crompton/Usha, as per direction of EIC).

Fixing only ceiling fan complete with blades, canopy, fork, rubber bush, etc. incl. S&F connecting wire for down rod upto 30 cm incl. painting the rod with approved paint and making necessary connection as required by 2x1.5 sqmm flexible copper wire as per G.S.

Taking down the Ceiling Fan 900/1200/1400 mm sweep (GEC/ Crompton/Usha/Havell’s etc.) with necessary tools and tackles and testing, checking, servicing, cleanning and re-fixing the ceiling fan on its original position.

Opening the Ceiling Fan 900/1200/1400 mm sweep (GEC/ Crompton/Usha/Havell’s etc.) with necessary tools and tackles and testing, checking, servicing, overhauling including supplying 23/36 PVC Copper flexible wire up to length 1.0 Meter. And transportation charges etc. and re-fixing the ceiling fan on its original position.

Opening the Ceiling fan testing, checking and Re-winding by supplying super enamelled copper wire of appropriate gauge, minilex paper, mica sheet, changing the loops, overhauling, backing, varnishing, re-fifling and using and measuring r.p.m. for ceiling fan above 36” sweep up to 60” sweep.

Supplying & fixing of following sizes bearing: a) Bearing No. 6201 (SKF or Equivalent)

b) Bearing No. 6202 (SKF or Equivalent)

Supplying & fixing of following sizes safety twisted wire for existing ceiling fan made with steel materials,1.6 mm tickness. Incl all required accessories for fixing ceiling fan as per direction by EIC.(aprove make) a) upto 400 mm length

b) upto 800 mm length

c) upto 1600 mm length

Extra for suspension of ceiling fan exceeding 25 cm with S&F additional 1 no. 20 mm dia EI conduit (14 SWG) supports & necy. PVC insulated wire and painting etc. as required by 2x24/0.20 mm (1.5sqmm.) flexible copper wire of 1.10 mt. length.as per dirction by EIC.

Driling holes on fan motor and down road incl S&F split pin.

Supply & fixing of split pin.

Di-electric test of transformer oil before filteration and after filteration as per direction of EIC.(TR1, HT OCB,LT OCB)

Dehydration and filteration of transformer oil of (01) no Transformer.

Carrying charges of Transformer oil, filteration Machine, Testing machniary from work shop to work site and work site to work shop.

Supply and pouring of New Transformer Oil for top up of Transformer ( Power oil).

S&F of Gasket to prevent the oil leakage 1no. for top cover 5 nos for LT & HT bushing 4 nos for radiator 1 no for oil pump incl. required accessories.

Supply and pouring of Silica Gel .

Servicing of 250KVA Transformer incl. H.T & L.T bushing incl. clening checking, testing etc as required incl. Testing the IR Value by Insulating testing Megger be for charging.

Supply and fixing oil Seal ( LT-2 Nos & HT-6 Nos each transformer).

Throughly servicing and overhauling of 6/11KV grade 400A capacityHT OCB ( BIECO L) incl. removal of OCB with self contained tank and dismentling all components of electrical and mechnical portion incl. cleaning the dities, moisture of the BBC, HT bushing Spout, incl. V- contract, fingure contract by CTC oil and petrolium jelly after all necessary work and then testing of IR Value by 2500 Volt Insulating testing megger.

SITC of whole system after testing the complete installation like 6KV/440V 250KVA power Transformer, HT OCB including HT cable and all other protective relays & equipmets by Govt authorised Firms and their testing equipments including the necessary test report will be submit within 07 days of servicing.

Repairing servicing and overhauling of 1no. PT ( BIECO ) and dismentling all components of electrical and mechnical portion incl. cleaning the dities, moisture CTC oil and petrolium jelly after all necessary work and then testing of IR Value by 5000 Volt Insulating testing megger.as per direction of EIC.

checking,servicing and cleaning of APFC panel (capacitor bank panel-2 and main LT panel-I no) as per direction of EIC
