Dismantling or taking up defective/ damaged submersible pump sets with lowering pipe, flange or any type and any size of any depth with pump set of any capacities by manual or mechanical means after disconnecting the all electric connections from LT panel or starter and transport to workshop for repair and workshop to sites after repairing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: (i) Cost of tools and plants for taking out, minor spare parts such as nuts, bolt, washers, lubricants and transportation to workshop and workshop to site of work shall be deemed included in quoted rate.

De-assemble submersible pumps of capacities 20 HP to 40 HP, discharge 20000 to 30000 gallons per hours and 90 Mtrs head height, for repair and re-assembling the same after necessary repair/ replacement of old defective/ damaged spare parts of existing makes and specifications, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: (i) Cost of new spare parts will be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) Cost of tools and plants, transportation to workshop shall be deemed included in quoted rate.

Supply only following new spare parts required for replacement for repairsubmersible pumps of capacities 20 HP to 40 HP, discharge 20000 to 30000 gallons per hours and 120 Mtrs head height :-

Note: (i) Cost of new spare parts will be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) Cost of tools and plants, minor spare parts such as copper wire, lubricants and transportation to workshop shall be deemed included in quoted rate.

Supply only following new spare parts required for replacement for repair of motor starter of 40 HP to 50HP suitable for submersible pumps :-

(a) Contactor, triple pole, capacities 20 Amps to 90 Amps.

(b) Overload relay

(c) Single phase protection relay.

Disconnecting electric connections from alternator and fuel connection from engine decoupling of engine and alternator for repair, strip opening and de-assembling of engine for repair including dismantling of radiator, radiator fan, water pump assembly, air cleaner, fuel filter by opening nuts bolts including wiring of stare assembly if required, of DG set capacity 30 KVA to 125 KVA and replacement of old defective spare parts with new spare parts as mentioned here-in-after, including any type of machine work required at site/ workshop to compete the repair including complete servicing the engine all as required at site, re-assembling the engine in existing position complete and testing on completion all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Replacement of old damaged/ unserviceable electronic rectifier/ Automatic Voltage Rectifier with new electronic rectifier/ Automatic Voltage Rectifier suitable for DG set capacity 30 KVA to 125 KVA, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Repair, calibration, checking and pressure testing of fuel injector pump of DG set capacity 30 KVA to 125 KVA, including replacement of damaged/ defective parts such as delivery valve, plunger gasket kit, barrel and washers and testing whole assembly after necessary repair and fixing in engine, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

De-assembling of radiator of DG set capacity 30 KVA to 125 KVA, for cleaning and repair, using ‘K’ oil and radiator cleaning solution hydro-chloric acid by pressure of pump/ caustic soda with wire brush and necessary welding/ brazing of water tubes/ fins, whichever is required for cleaning and repairing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply only engine oil/ lubricant, 20 W 40 grade, suitable for diesel engine of DG set of any capacity and any make, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply only coolant fluid suitable for radiator of DG sets of any capacity and any make, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged battery with new storage cell lead acid type 12 Volts, 150 AH including lead terminals and copper thimble for making necessary connections, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply only copper lead cable 1.50mtrs long, multi-stranded, with copper thimble for making necessary connections at both ends, suitable for 12/ 24 Volts battery including copper nuts, bolts and washers, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old damaged/ unserviceable submersible cable with new submersible cable, flat, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor, multi-stranded, 35.0 Sqmm, 3-core, conforming to IS: 694/1990 including making connection to both ends i.e. motor side and starter side with jointing materials, complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of old damaged/ unserviceable submersible cable with new submersible cable, flat, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor, multi-stranded, 25.0 Sqmm, 3-core, conforming to IS: 694/1990 including making connection to both ends i.e. motor side and starter side with jointing materials, complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of old damaged/ unserviceable submersible cable with new submersible cable, flat, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor, multi-stranded, 16.0 Sqmm, 3-core, conforming to IS: 694/1990 including making connection to both ends i.e. motor side and starter side with jointing materials, complete all as specified and directed.

Rewinding of burnt/ damaged motor of submersible pumps of capacities 7.5 HP to 40 of any discharge capacity with water proof, annealed solid copper conductor wire of existing specifications, insulating materials, ISI marked or as per IE specifications and cleaning, preparation of stator for rewinding, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Lowering down, commissioning back to tube well of submersible pump sets with lowering pipe, flange or any type and any size of any depth with pump set of any capacities by manual or mechanical means including making necessary electric connections with LT panel or starter and testing on full load after repairs, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: (i) Cost of tools and plants for taking out, minor spare parts such as nuts, bolt, washers, lubricants shall be deemed included in quoted rate.

S&F in replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged MCCB with new MCCB, Four pole, 415 Volts, adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting, 200 Amps with breaking capacity 25 KA, having indicating lamp, Ics=100% and Icu as per IEC 60947-2, complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Schneider cat part No- LV525312 or equivalent in L&T/ Legrand/ ABB/ Siemens.

Disconnecting electric connections of servo voltage stabilizers, capacity 50 KVA, draining out the transformer oil in clean barrels for re-use, cleaning of sludge from oil tank and transporting to workshop for repairs and return back to it's original position after repairs including loading and unloading by mechenical means, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Spares required for repair/ replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ.

NOTES:- (i) Approval of chemical (Calcium hypochlorite) shall be given after verification of test certificates of chemical of various manufactures and other factors like chemical and safety and health hazard aspects of usage of chlorination (ii) The brand/make of the chlorination of chemical must be stated before procurement and certified by govt laboratory that it is free from the technical strength stahbility health safety and operation point of view this product is used for drinking water applications for consumption by humans and the brand /make of calcium hypochlorite is suitable for drinking water chlorination and its sample has been tested by Govt Laboratory. (iii) The sample bucket/drum shall be produced by contractor for approval of Accepting Officer and the chemical contained in Bucket/Drum shall be got tested independenly by the Contrcator before Bulk supply from IIT College/NIT College/Govt Engneering college/ or any other NABL lab valid for such tests of water disinfactant, After verification of indepedent tests so carried out shall be compared at par of required BIS generic specification.
