Taking out old UNSV long rail of charpoy GI 32mm dia (FD-220 & FD-270) plywood top and S&F new long rail. Long rail should be made of 32 mm dia medium grade ISI marked GI pipe, make : Tata/Jindal/Sail of charpoy GI. Rest all as per drg and directed by Engineer-in-charge
Taking out existing old broken short rail from GI charpoy 32 mm dia and providing in position short rails made out of old broken long rail obtained from taking down above item No 05 including threading on both ends complete fixing all as specified and shown on drg and by the Engineer-in-charge.

S&F new lock with double key (ISI marked, make :- Godrej/Link) suitable for almirah steel large/ medium. Lock with double key will fixed with shutter of almirah steel large/medium, rest all as per Drg and directed by Engr- in-Charge.
Repairing lock godrej pattern of almirah steel large/medium/small (FD-67M, FD-1032, FD-243, FD-1033, FD-1034) to make it serviceable condition by making new keys in duplicate all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Taking out existing old lock cap of almirah steel large/medium/small (FD-67M, FD-1032, FD-243, FD-1033, FD-1034). S&F for new lock cap of almirah steel large/medium. Lock cap will be fixed by riveted or screws as applicable, rest all as per Drg and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out of old unserviceable ply from chair wooden bottom W/O arms and S & F new plywood on the seat of chair wooden bottom W/O arms . Top should be made of 06 mm thick ISI marked commercial plywood BWR quality , rest all as per shown in drawing and directed by Engineer- in-charge

Bed Ply wood top (FD-246/247):- Taking out of old unserviceable ply wood from bed ply wood top and S & F new ply wood 12mm thick, ISI marked commarcial BWR quality on bed ply wood top . Ply wood should be made of 12 mm thick ISI marked commarcial BWR with phenol fromaldehyde, rest all as per shown in drawing and directed by Engineer- in-charge
Taking out of old unserviceable head rest of bed ply wood Top and S & F new head rest with short rail of plywood top. Head rest made of commercial ply wood 4 mm thick (Both side i.e. Inside & outside)with teak wood beading 35mm wide and 6mm thick around of the head rest, rest all as per shown in drawing and directed by Engineer- in-charge.
Taking out of old unserviceable foot rest of bed ply wood top and S & F new foot rest with short rail of plywood top. foot rest made of commarcial ply wood 4 mm thick (both side i.e. Inside & outside)with teak wood beading 35mm wide and 6mm thick around of the head rest, rest all as per shown in drawing and directed by Engineer- in-charge.
