Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete as in roof treatment including removal of existing roof treatment and removing rubbish off the premises and cleaning throughly, washed out with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) for providing cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges as for padding including mixing with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (WPC) confirming to IS-2645 and as approved complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment with APP based standard membrane over PCC padding as on roof with the following courses of treatment complete all as specified and as directed as follows:- (a) Apply bituminous primer @ 1.20 Kg/sqm of the surface area including cleaning the surfaces.
