M & L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete including necessary weep holes at 2 metre centre to centre (staggered) as in retaining wall, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter area not exceeding 1.50 Square metre (w/o taking off shutters from frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish complete, all as specified and as directed. Note- The whole process of taking down and replacement of door shutter and frame in same position shall be done on the same day , if failing so, Rs. 200/- shall be deducted for each door per day from the contractor due.

Material and Labour for Marble work Baroda green 16-18mm thick table rubbed & polished in shelves, cooking platform, jambs, pillar, counter WHB, floor etc including 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of marble incl rounding of front edge and finally granite finish polishing with and including taking down the existing slab, complete, all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for 18mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished and moulding) in platforms, steps, jambs, pillar, counter WHB, floor over and including 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Moulding on sides of granite/marble slabs 18- 20 mm thick complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as levelling course, finished even and fair to receive floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premium quality, rectified concept glazed coloured ceramic tiles 300 x 450 x 6- 7mm thick on vertical surfaces of walls including 10mm thick rough finished plaster in cement mortar (1:3) set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment , rubber moulded with laquer polish for extra shine, size 200 mm x 200 mm x 22-25 mm thick, ISI marked, coloured, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 20 mm thick (average thickness) cement screed (1:4) base, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premium quality, joint free, non skid coloured ceramic tiles (Square/rectangular) , area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm and not exceeding 0.18 sqm and 7 to 8 mm thick as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including cement screed bed 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) , complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Premium quality, vitrified ceramic tiles, Dark shade (Square/rectangular) , area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm and not exceeding 0.36 sqm 8-10 mm thick as in floor over and including cement screed bed 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) base set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Square metre and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premium quality, Premium quality, vitrified ceramic tiles, of same description and length as of floor tile but 100 mm height as on skirting including 10mm thick rough finished plaster in cement mortar (1:3) set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, thickness and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc , and removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC @2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and fair, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two single core flame retardant low smoke (FRLS) , PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable 4.00 sqmm drawn through and including medium grade , ISI marked PVC casing caping not less than 32 mm width , 10 mm depth with accessories fixed on wall/ceiling surface with one additional PVC insulated , stranded copper conductor flame retardant low smoke (FRLS) of 4.0 sqmm,green colour for earth continuity conductor including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring and making good the disturbed portion with adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish, complete, all as specified and as directed. Note- 3 run of 4.00 sqmm cable with casing caping shall be measured as 1 unit.

Note- 3 run of 10.00 sqmm cable with casing caping shall be measured as 1 unit.

Supplying and fixing light grade ISI marked GI tubing of size 40 mm dia for cable protection and fixed with clamp to pole and wall with nut bolt or passing under floor complete, all as specified and as directed.
