Dismantling concrete ( e) Reinforced cement concrete.

Reinforced cement concrete M-25 mechanically batch mixed using batch type concrete mixer as per IS:1791 and vibrated by needle vibrator but excluding steel reinforcement centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth.

Centering and shuttering for flat surfaces such assuspended floors, roofs, landings, chajjas, shelves etc.

Cold twisted detormed (Ribbed/ Tor steel) Bars (Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-2008) , for R.C.C works, where not including in the complete rate of RCC including bending and binding placing in position complete.

Scraping (a) White wash and colour wash

Preparation of plastered or concrete surface for painting (including sand papering the surface) using ready mixed cement based wall putty by applying two or more coats to get required finish

Distempering with Acrylic washable oil bound distemper (of approved manufacture) two or more coats over one priming coat to give an even shade

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade with two or more coats applied @ 1.67 litre/10Sqm over and including base coat of water proofing Cement Paint applied @ 2.20 Kg/10 Sqm

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & double acting hydraulic floor spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material within 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate z sections and other sections conforming to Is: 733 and IS : 1285 of Jindal, Hindalco, Mahavir or equivalent make approved by Engineer in Charge , fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC Plug/neoprene felt etc. aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminum snap beading for glazing/paneling,C.P.brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-InCharge. (Glazing and paneling to be paid for separately) :- For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and labour for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC Plug / neoprene gasket required.(a) For fixed portion and chawkhats

Dismantling of floor tiles at any floor of the building, laid in cement mortar including dismantling of cement concrete base and disposal of malba at a suitable place within a distance of 100 Mtrs of the complex complete in all respect.

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material within 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling cement conglomerate floors 25mm to 50mm thick without concrete base.

Providing & fixing factory made Solid PVC Chowkhat Door frame of the size 50mm x 47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm made out of extruded 5mm PVC foam sheet, mitre cut at 2 corners & joined with 2Nos of 150mm long brackets of 15 x 15mm M.S square tube. the two vertical doors profiles are to be reinforced with 19 x 19mm M.S square tube of 19 guage, the door framed shall be fixed to the wall using 65/100mm long M.S screws through the frame by using fasteners. a minimum of 4 nos of screws to be provided for each vertical member & minimum 2nos for horizontal member etc. as per manufacturer's specification, conforming to test criteria specified in IS:4020-1998, Drawings and to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing 30mm thick Factory Made solid Panel PVC Door shutter (Pannel thickness 5mm) Consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes of 19 guage thickness and size of 19mm x 19mm for styles & 15mm x 15mm for top & bottom rails. M.S frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make & manufacture. M.S frame shall be covered with 5mm thick heat moulded PVC 'C' Channel of size 30 x 50mm forming styles, and 5mm thick, 75mm wide PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side, and 10mm (5mm x 2) thick, 20mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. Panneling of 5mm thick PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S Frame welded/Sealed to the styles & Rails with 30mm wide x 5mm thick PVC sheet beading on either side and joined together with solvent cement adhesive.an additional 5mm thick PVC strips of 20mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the 'C' Channel using PVC solvent cement adhesive etc. complete as per manufacturer's specification, conforming to test criteria specified in IS:40201998, Drawings and to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.

Supplying Pressed steel sheet frames (chowkhat) consisting of 18gauge (1.25 mm thick steel sheet of the specified section, including iron lugs (hold fast) iron hinges conforming to PWD specification including bolts for fixing stops lock notch provision for receiving tower bolts and finished with 1 primer coat approved quality, fixed in position excluding the cost of cement concrete 1:3:6 for fillings in the frame and cement concrete 1:2:4 for lugs complete.(c ) Doors and windows frame of size 151mm x 60mm with 35 mm wide double rebate weighing 3.95 kg per meter.

Supplying Pressed steel sheet frames (chowkhat) consisting of 18gauge (1.25 mm thick steel sheet of the specified section, including iron lugs (hold fast) iron hinges conforming to PWD specification including bolts for fixing stops lock notch provision for receiving tower bolts and finished with 1 primer coat approved quality, fixed in position excluding the cost of cement concrete 1:3:6 for fillings in the frame and cement concrete 1:2:4 for lugs complete.(b) Doors and windows frame of size 113mm x 60mm with 35 mm wide single rebate weighing 3.38 kg per meter.

Factory manufactured solid flush door fixed in position iron hinges, etc (excluding the cost of any fittings other than specified above but including labour for fixing the same in position (IS 2202-1 (1999)-(iv) 35mm thick

( Design is homogenous throughout the tile body ).

First class burnt brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:6 in first storey upto 4 metres above plinth level.
