Surface dressing uneven surfaces of natural ground/road berms not exceeding 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil, levelling the ground by filling he low laying patches and removal of vegetation etc not exceeding 50 mtrs complete all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying of picking graveled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n exc 400 Sqm and exc 50 mm and n.exc 100 mm in depth complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size ) using lime stone ,sand stone ,flintz or quartzite ,spread , rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with 8 to 12 tonne power roller capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushed for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and gunny bags of unsurfaced WBM surface and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen at 10 kg /10 sqm on new surface complete.

M & L for Premix bituminous, macadam laid and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness less than 75mm) using 4% Binder Content of Paving bitumen VG 30 any penetration complete as directed

M&L for preparing of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sq meters of paving bitumen on existing black top surfaces complete all as directed.

M& L for Bituminous premix Semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in repair two way reflective cat eye studs not less than 110mm x 128mm x 29.5mm made of ABS Engineering Plastic dynamically designed having high impact strength & fitted with 2 nos highly reflective reflector on both side for maximum retro in wet and dry condition fixed as per manufacturer's instruction of the road surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Model DA 971-P of Make Dark eye or equivalent in 3M, ACE, AUTOMAT as approved by GE.)

M&L for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic paint of minimum 2.5 mm thick single coat layer as in lines, dashes, arrows etc for road marking with using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint (Hot application), White/Yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate inter fillers, Thermoplastic reuquired for glass beads shall be as per table No 8004 of MOST specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacturer instruction complete.

S & F Alcolite Rigid Delinetoral have provide ASTM Type XI Micro prismatic reflector and large Reflective area of 300 Sqcm. The color combination of delineator, white and red color reflector & Traffice Yellow/black outer sleeve ensure the delineator is visible day and night. The outer Plasic moulded sleeve mad of high impact theromoplastic materilal. The plastic moulded sleeve provide stealing, vandalism and pilferage of the reflective sheeting. The painted mild steel used in cor give the delinator corrosion resistance and increases impact strength. Size of delinator Hight -1200mm and width 110 mm x 34 mm fixed as per manufacturers direction .

Rolling and consoliodation for formation bituminous macadam surfaces any thickness using power roller of 8 - 10 tonne capacity
