Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: 6.1.1 Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) over 75 mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, includingnecessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Dashing Cement Concrete 1:11/2 :3 in R.C.C. beams, Stairs, Facias etc. of average thickness 1" excluding steel reinforcement, centering and shuttering but including curing of the concrete complete in all respect and to entire statisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Regrading terracing of mud phaska covered with tiles or brick, in cement mortar by dismantling tiles or bricks, removing mud plaster, preparing the surface of mud phaska to proper slope, relaying mud plaster gobri leaping and tiles or bricks, grouted in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand), including replacing unserviceable tiles or bricks with new ones and disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground (the cost of the new tiles or brick excluded), all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Removing the earth filling under tiles and cleaning and scraping old bitumen of the roof surface with wire brushes and refilling the earth after cleaning etc. complete in all respect engineer in charge.

Supply of 1st quality brick tiles 9"x 4 1/2"x 1 1/2" complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of green marble/ kota/ terrazo chips from dado or florring including removing of malba complete in all respect and to entire satisfcation of Engineer-in-charge.

kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 coarse sand) :11.26.1 25 mm thick
