Earth work for foundation in all kinds of soils and sub soils to full depth as directed by the departmental officers except hard rock inclusive of shoring strutting and balling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth with in the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead of 10 meters and initial lift of 2 meters including cost of all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification 23 & 24 VI (S2) VII.9,10

Plain Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 (one cement, four sand and eight aggregates) using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for mixing, laying, compacting and curing etc, complete as per SS

Brick work In CM 1:5 mix using best country bricks of size 8 3/4 x 4 1/4 x 2 3/4' having 350kg/cm2 compressive strength and 15% or less water absorbentin the period of 24hours immersement and confirming to ISI specifications.and using the screened sand and all the materials should be approved by the competent technical authorities etc complete complying with standard specification--10m3

Plastering in cement mortar 1:4 mix 12mm thick using clean screened sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting for plastering for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc.complete complying with standard specification--10m2

Supplying and fixing in position Indian water closet ofsize 580 X 440mm, white glazed earthen ware of approved quality with 'P' trap or 'S' trap confirming to IS:2556 - Part XII with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 ( one part of lime, two parts of sand and five parts of brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to required slope and including giving necessary connection to cast iron soil pipes/ PVC pipes by dismandling brick masonry, reinforced cement concrete roof/floor slab and making good the disturbed portion to original condition withoutleakage etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The water closet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Steel Door : Manufacturing and supplying and fixing of steel doors with the following specifications. MS angles of size 40x 40x 6mm at 3.5 Kg./m are used for the outer frame and MS angle of size 35x 35x 5mm at 2.6 Kg/m for the shutter frames. Stiffeners with 32x6mm at 1.5 Kg./m MS flat is provided as the lockroll of the door and welded intact of both ends to the shutter frame 18g CR sheets of best quality is laid as panel in the shutter frames 18x5mm at 0.7 Kg./m MS flat is welded over the 32x6mm at 1.50 Kg./m MS flat on the rear side of the door sandwitching the CR sheet for rigidity. Additional stiffeners with 18x5mm at 0.7 Kg./m MB flats are provided diagonally onthe rear side of the shutter 2 Nos. of hinges in case of single leaf and 4 nos. of hinges in case of double leaf shutters is provided. 6 Nos. of hold fasts 120mm length spilced at the ends are wolded to the outer frame of the door. Tower bolt 2 Nos. one at the top and the other at the bottom are provided.

Paving the floor with palin/design (desin should be got approved by the departmental officers before purchase)Stain Free Nano Polish Vitrified Tiles(colour and shade as directed) of size 600 x 600 x 8mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand ) 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement etc completecomplying with standard specification.
