M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) vertically, with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I connecting to earthing test. Testing on completion with and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type soil, earth lead connected to earth test point & to main switch board etc with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt, test point, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded BT stone aggregate) for earth pit with mild steel angle iron frame of size 40mm x 40mm x 6mm for cover, internal surface of concrete shall be finished with 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded BT stone aggregate) 40mm thick cover, reinforced with 8mm dia deformed or TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12 mm dia round bar handle, GI medium grade watering pipe 20 mm dia with funnel and wire mesh and 15mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe including provn of earth test point made of MS Flat of size 50mm x 5 mm in 'D' shape 500 mm legth grouted in wall complete with 1mm x 6 mm multistrand PVC insulated copper conductor ( Green Colour) to be provided from test point to DB through 20 mm dia concealed non metallic conduit complete all as specified and directed.

Description as per item No 1 but using 32mmx6 mm GI earth strip as a earth lead & 40 mm dia light grade GI protection pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling & renewal of UNSV lightening conductor assembly made out of GI pipe light grade of size 50 mm bore along with welded flange, fixed on the RCC roof of the bldgs with drilling/making hole and provide fastners, 6 mm thick rubber washer of suitable size at one end & GI reducer socket of size 50mm x 40mm at another end connected with GI pipe light grade of 40 mm bore with one end GI reducer socket to connect air termination & connector for earth strip duly fixed with necessary fastners, nuts bolts & washers in PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) of size 45cm x 45cm x45cm complete all as specified and directed. Note : GI pipe 50mm (1.5 RM for each)/40MM (1.0 RM for each) & air termination shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items. (ii) Water leak protection has to be ensured, Pure Resin based Chemical anchoring system. (iii) Air temination shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items.

M&L for taking down and renewal of air termination single pointed Aluminium rod 20 mm dia, 300 mm long for lightening conductor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for renewal of test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 200mmx200mmx30mm drilled and screwed for fixing in wall with necessary fixing arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for overlap jointing of addl requirements of Aluminium strips by making drilling holes 02 Nos with brass/GI nuts, bolts and lead washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing porcelain insulator of required size n.exc 10 cm long with two Nos hole each on both end for fixing properly with fastner, nuts & bolts on wall & roof of buildings for separated earthing stirp from building complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Water leak protection has to be ensured, Pure Resin based Chemical anchoring system.

Supply and fabricated GI pipe medium grade of size 40 mm bore for erection of lightening conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fabricated GI pipe medium grade of size 50 mm bore for erection of lightening conductor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Aluminium strip of size 25mm x 3 mm with saddles and fixing screw etc for roof conductors above ground & wall/batten or recessed or buried in ground complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refixing of GI pipe light grade of size 40 mm bore for laying in trenches/floors or walls including all fittings for fixing complete for protection of copper/aluminium/GI strip, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for floor plinth protection or hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) top of surface finished as directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 4 mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH confirming to IS 694:2010, multi stranded copper conductor (ISI marked with valid CML No), cable 1100 Volt grade, 6sqmm size drawn in and including non metallic rigid PVC concealed conduit medium grade (ISI marked with valid CML No) not less than 25 mm dia with all fitting & fixing accessories including one run single core PVC insulated unsheathed 6 Sqmm FRLSH confirming to IS 14930 (Part-I) 2001, copper conductor (ISI marked with valid CML No) colour code as a earth continuity and connected upto DB complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) Two runs of single core PVC cable with one run of earth conductor and conduit shall be measured as one unit and the quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive for cutting chases in wall/pillars/columns etc of any description for concealing the conduits to required depth & making good the disturbed surface in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing the surface with putty to match with the existing surface.
