M&L for 3mm thick Aluminium Composite Panel comprising of a core containing not less than 70% non combustible mineral filling sandwiched between two skins of 0.5mm thick aluminium alloy PERALUMAN-100 (AlMg1-NS41) complete with all necessary sub-structures, anchors, hardware and fittings to provide a total installation, fixed to existing wooden/ steel members all as per manufacturers instructions, all as specified and as directed. M&L for providing roof treatment with APP modified water proofing membrane with the following specifications all as specified and directed.

Preparing the top surface of RCC slab by removing dust, dirt, etc. and brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm on cleaned RCC slab surfaces and rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately

Preparation of plastered surfaces by removing dust, dirt & applying oil bound bituminous primer at 0.3 litre per Sqm & providing APP modified water proofing membrane weight not less than 4.5kg/ sqm reinforced with non oven polyester mat weight not less than 160gms per Sqm including minimum 10cm side/ over laps & including applying a coat of blown hot bitumen grade 85/25 over membrane at 1.2kg per Sqm & on drying applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint at 0.1kg/sqm.

NOTE: APP modified water proofing membrane shall be of any one of the approved makes as specified here-in-after and shall conform to specifications given IS 16540-2017/ IS 16532-2017. Contractor shall produce necessary test certificate of the manufacturer to the Engineer-in-charge before incorporation in the work. Necessary independent tests shall also be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost to the Deptt as per relevant IS specifications and membranes with satisfactory test results shall only be incorporated in the work.

S&F 4mm thick High Pressure Steam Cured (HPSC) non asbestos fibre cement building board in false ceiling with aluminum anodized snap grids of 60x60cm with Tee section 35x25x1.25mm, angle section 25x25x1.25mm thick including 2mm dia GI hanging wire including all hanger fittings etc and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base for flooring including finishing the surface even and fair all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles, edge cut, 6 to 7mm thick area of each tile exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc 0.11 Sqm, in floors, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with colouring pigments to match the shade of the tile laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300mm x 450m size, 7 to 8mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with surfaces including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab, 20-25mm thick, as in flooring, set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab laid over 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.
