Providing 40X5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embeddings in cement concrete block 30X10X15 cm 1:3:6 mix (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in suspended floors, balconies, landings and staircase having upto 15° slope. excluding cost of centering and shuttering , all work upto floor V level including carriage of all materials involved with loading unloading and stacking complete.

Providing and fixing 30 mm thick wire gauze shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauze of average width for apertyre 1.4 mm in both direction with wire of dia. 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws: First class kail wood.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of noising of steps etc. complete. 50mm thick 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate Including carriage of all materials involved with loading unloading and stacking complete.

Supply and filling of sand under floors including ramming, dressing watering complete with carriage of all material involved loading, unloading and stacking complete.

Kota stone slab flooring over 20mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with Pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand): 25mm thick

Providing and applying white cement putty of average 2mm thickness of approved brand and manufacured over the plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth

Applying priming coat: with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20X5 mm size with top and bottom rail of T-iron 40x40x6mm with 40mm dia, steel pulleys complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Providing and fixing of structural steel work of standard makewelded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer Including carriage of all materials involved with loading unloaging and stacking complete.

Providing and fixing hi-rib tile profile precoated corrigated galvanized iron coloured sheets 0.50 mm (+/- 5% total coated thickness)(TCT) zinc coating 120gm/Sqm as per IS: 277 in 240 MPA steel grade-7microns epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyster top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 0.25 microns to avoid scratches while transportation.
