Material & Labour for Boring of holes under road / Cutting of roads for passing cable including make good damaged surface with cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 ( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate)/black bituminious carpet as required complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix HDPE pipe 63 mm dia of grade PE 80, nominal pressure rating PN 4, SDR 26 with necessary fittings, fixtures and clamps including taking up old unserviceable GI Tubing 40/50 mm dia for fixing pipe along pole / wall / laid under the road / laid under the floor or in trenches complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix HDPE pipe 90 mm dia of grade PE 80, nominal pressure rating PN 4, SDR 26 with necessary fittings, fixtures and clamps including taking up old unserviceable GI Tubing 80 mm dia for fixing pipe along pole / wall / laid under the road / laid under the floor or in trenches complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix 1100 volt Aerial Bunched cable having 4 core conductor of equal size of multistranded compacted circular aluminium conductor screen of extruded semi conducting compound extruded XLPE insulated over all extruded PVC type ST-2 sheathed twisted around bare aluminium alloy messeger generally as per IS 14255-1995, IS-8130/2013 part IV of size 4C x 150 sqmm +1 x 95 sqmm ACSR messenger conductor complete with dead end clamp, suspension clamp, Eye hook, welding and cable jointing kit as per site requirement with LT distribution system complete all as specified and directed.
Supply & errect Steel Tubular Swaged Poles Type 410-SP-31 (9 Metre long) complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, cap, mild steel bolts, screws, etc. including applying two coats of black bituminous paint internally and externally upto planting depth and applying alternative black and white strips of 30 cm width upto 1.5m above ground level and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer (externally from top of PCC copping) including writting MES Pole No. with synthetic enamel paint (first grade quality) complete all as specified. Note:- (a) Earthwork and PCC will be measured and paid under relevant items in this BOQ. (b) Volume occupied by Steel Pole shall be deducted to derive the quantity of PCC.

Supply, install, test and commission out door type feeder pillar boxes 600mmx600mmx500mm (Bus bar chamber) with aluminium bus bar 400 amps - 04 Nos fixed over epoxy insulators and outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet supported with MS angle section 50x50x6 mm mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 90 cm above and 45 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front openable single door (door hinged with body at 2 places with hinges) lockable/open able by Keys having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, “U” type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, tested at factory approved from CPRI for 35 MVA rupturing capacity at 415 Volts factory fabricated having modern fabrication and testing process followed by powder coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof and general construction confirming to IS:8623/93, all as specified.
Dismantling, disconnecting of all HT cable connection, control cable, Taking down old 33 KV outdoor VCB including, CTs, PTs, Insulator and other connected items, Indoor CS Panels including battery bank connection in MRS, Shifiting to other location for reuse or deposit in MES Store for further disposal all as specified and directed. Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 33 KV Indoor type floor mounted compact Gas Insulated Switchgear with internal copper bus bars, consisting of 1 nos motorised Vacuum Circuit Breaker with additional 1 nos. fixed type side Entry air insulated cable module with VPIS. All live parts, bus bars, & VCBs connections, ON-OFF offload switch, Earth switch of of feeder should be enclosed in one tank sealed for life robotically welded non magnetic and non ferrite grade stainless steel tank Grade 304 of minimum 2 mm thick having IP67 degree of protection filled with SF6 gas as insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200. RMU Gas Tank and cable chamber should be tested for an internal arc fault of 25kA for 1 sec with AFLR classification. The unit shall have front cable entry for ease of installation and shall have site replaceable bushings for ease of troubleshooting during breakdown.The Gas Insulated switchgear should be complete with all accessories such as Terminal kits suitable for 1Cx300sqmm Cable, VPIS, cable supports, all front cable terminations, mechanical indications for VCB, OFF load switch & Earth switch , Manometer as per with IEC standards 62271-1, 100, 200. Altitude of installation up to 200m as per IEC 60120.Cable termination Kit must be screen seperable touchproof type.

Supply of Electricals Bushing of 36kV of offered Sf6 Insulated SWG with suitable O-Rings - 3Nos (1set) in spare (Mandatory) for replacement at site Supply, Fixing and termination of Indoor 36kV Screen Connectors suitable for 3kV XLPE cable upto 1RX3CX400Sqmm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

SF6 insulated, both side extensible, outdoor duty Ring Main Unit (RMU), fully motorized, in combination of 02 Nos VCB modules as incomer, 02 Nos Load Break Switch as Outgoing & 01 No Load Break Switch (LBS) as Bus-Sectionalizer consisting of copper busbar in SF6 insulated 304 (Non-Ferrite Non-Magnetic Grade) stainless steel enclosure of thickness 2.5 mm with manometer fixed on the tank. Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Feeder Field Controller for RMU automation (RMU), complete with all accessories suitable for application for Distribution Automation system, wherein the said Feeder Field Controller shall be capable of getting integrated to SCADA Control Centre, with establishment of communication link. The said feeder RTU shall have at least 16 DIs, 4AIs and 12DOs. (Field Controller Makes: Deos Automation (Open.wrt), Schneider (Easergy), Right Watts (RB4.x), Siemens(A8000) The Field Controller should be mounted in a panel of size 400mm x 800mm x 300mm (minimum) fabricated from 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet and must be powder coated. It shall be installed at indoor and shall be consisting of following:
Comprehensive maintenance of SCADA system hardware and software including accessories installed including upgradation performance monitoring, system backup, patch management, updates, emergency response and trouble shooting and the UPS system provided shall be incl in this item incl replacement of battery in this period and as specified and directed. The period of first two year shall be covered under DLP of contract and all activities incl servicing/routine maint/inspection shall be part of it.
