REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF PUMPSETS, GI AND CI PIPE LINES AND CLEANING OF UG SUMP/OH TANKS ETC UNDER DHQ-3 NEW MANGALORE UNDER GE (I) (CG) GOA

Excavation in trench not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for taking out GI pipe and laying pipe getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceding 25cm thick, in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil of distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed and at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix Cast iron pipes with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast class LA in any length, laid in trenches of size 100 mm bore including taking up old unserviceable CI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace CI specials/fittings suitable for and up to 150mm bore CI pipe line with flanged/spigot and socketed ends such as bend (any type, radius and angle) tapers, any type (straight , bend, increasing, decreasing or double sockets etc.) Tee pieces, single branch ‘Y’ junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plug, tail pieces etc Confirming to IS-1538 complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & Laying GI tubing 50 mm bore of tube medium grade with new all fittings(ISI Approved Make), bend to shape as required on ground including jointing materials such as white lead,fine yarn as required) laid in trenches, testing after completion for leakage including taking out old unserviceable existing corroded/rusted GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 6 above but 25 mm bore GI Pipe.

Supply and fix gunmetal globe or gate valve for 50mm bore pipe, with iron wheel head screwed both end including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 8 above but 25mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix repairs sluice valve, flanged end of class PN 1.6 with stainless steel spindle with all accessories suitable for size 100 mm bore, confirming to IS specification including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable existing sluice valve complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 10 here in above but of size 80 mm bore complete all as specified and directed

M & L cleaning tank exc 250 and not exc 500 ltrs capacity cleaning by bleaching power and removing all scale and dirt etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cleaning tank exc 500 and not exc 1000 ltrs capacity cleaning by bleaching power and removing all scale and dirt etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of brick masonry valve chamber of size 900mm x900mm x900mm (internal size) with Mild Steel cover and locking arrangements including necessary earthwork and excavation of any soil, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 in bedding, brick work in Cement Mortar 1:6, 15mm thick plastering in Cement Mortar 1:4, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 in coping and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer to steel surfaces including demolition of existing unserviceable old brick masonry value chamber complete all as specified and directed.

Dewatering the water from Semi U/G sump of 50,000Lts capacity by any means and clean the interior portion of sump (bottom and sides of walls) by means of coir/wire brush etc. and wash the interior portion of sump by using bleaching powder @ 25 grams per 1000 ltrs of water after removal of sludge, vegetation, mud etc. to a distance not exc. 50m , one coat of epoxy paint on all steel surfaces such as ladder, railing etc.and writing letters with white paint (Date of cleaning and capacity of sump / reservior) on black painted surfacewith synthetic enamel paintand clear away all vegetations, sapling, under growth roots etc. and trees not exc. 30cm girth upto 5m around the periphery of the sump / structure from external wall surfaces and removing rubbish not exc. 50m at pump house of Kunjathbail, pump house at Coast guard DHQ-3, Sump near OTM Panambur & Sump at CGRA Kankanady complete all as specified and directed.

Draining water from RCC reservoir 50000 Ltr capacity, 20m staging at Coast Guard residential area Kunjathbail and Coast Guard residential area, Kankanady by any means and clean the interior portion of reservoir (bottom and walls) by means of coir / wire brush etc. and wash the interior portion of reservoir using bleaching powder @ 25 gram per 1000 ltrs of water after removal of sludge, mud etc. to a distance not exc. 50m including , one coat of epoxy paint on all steel surfaces such as ladder, railing etc.,writing letters with white paint (Date of cleaning and capacity) on black synthetic enamel painted surface and clear away all vegetations, sapling, under growth roots etc. and trees not exc. 30cm girth upto 5m around the periphery of the sump / structure and removing rubbish not exc. 50m complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 17 above but RCC reservoir of 45000 Ltrs capacity at DHQ-3 Panambur.

All as per item No 17 above but RCC reservoir of 20000 Ltrs capacity at Offrs Accn Kankanady and Kunjathbail.

S & F in repairs water level indicator painted with fluorescent paint/tape including nylon rope of 10 mm dia (n. less than 20 m length) double pully, wooden float duly completed of size not less than 300 mm dia covered with ploythene film complete all as specified and directed.

M & L spray painting of pump motor with two coats of synthetic enameled paint over one coats of primer after cleaning/scrubing it complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the Electrical connection from motor and taking out the burnt 7.5 HP motor from beds ,transporting to civil work shop ,opening the motor and removing the burnt/old defective winding carefully cleaning the inner parts, rewinding the motor with same gauge supper enamelled copper wire of good insulation, varnishing, heating/drying and reassembling the motor and transporting to site, refixing on the existing beds, connecting the electrical connection, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the Electrical connection from motor and taking out the burnt 5 HP motor from beds, transporting to civil work shop, opening the motor and removing the burnt/old defective winding carefully cleaning the inner parts, rewinding the motor with same gauge supper enamelled copper wire of good insulation, varnishing, heating/drying and reassembling the motor and transporting to site, refixing on the existing beds ,connecting the electrical connection, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Opening and servicing/overhauling the monoblock pump and motor 7.5 HP and replacing the defective bearing, greasing replacing the burnout gland rope, studs, nuts, bolts, washers ,air releasing valve ,rubber gasket ,metal filling, turing/ grinding and balancing the shaft etc. varnishing the winding, drying and refixing the same complete all as specified and directed .

Opening and servicing/overhauling the monoblock pump and motor 5 HP and replacing the defective bearing, greasing replacing the burnout gland rope, studs, nuts, bolts, washers ,air releasing valve ,rubber gasket ,metal filling, turing/ grinding and balancing the shaft etc. varnishing the winding, drying and refixing the same complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing overload relay 6-10 amps for DOL starter 7.5 HP complete all as specified and directed. .

Supply and fixing Ball brass valves of size 15 mm, high pressure, with polythene flot and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs HDPE water tanks top cover (Lid) for HDPE water tanks complete all as specified and directed.
