Taking down MCCB/Change over switch by disconnecting all connections very carefully of any size and capacity and deposit to MES Store, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB TPN 415 volts with microprocessor based release 50 Hz , 630 Amps with breaking capacity 50 KA complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB TPN 415 volts with thermal magnetic release 50 Hz 500 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB 4 Pole 415 volts 350 Amps 50 Hz Adjustable type, with breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB TPN 415 volts 250 Amps 50 Hz Adjustable type, with breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB TPN 415 volts 160 Amps 50 Hz Adjustable type, with breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in replacement change over switch on load type 4 pole 200 Amp,415 V,50 Hz by addition/alteration to existing panel board including making all electrical connection with all materials required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting of LT Out door/Indoor panel board of any size in Dipatoli Mil Stn by taking proper electric shut down servicing and powder coated painting of LT Panel by Skilled Electric service Engineer, cleaning the indoor surface, removing dust particles by using high speed blower , tightening nut, bolts,washer etc and checking all control wire and opening aluminium/Copper cables from MCCBs/Main switches/Bus Bar and cutting of unserviceable/Burnt out/overheated cable / thimbles etc and re- fixing of new aluminium/Copper thimbles with help of crampting tool /Cable Gland /Nut,Bolts,Washer etc as per site requirement , insulation of all necked wires as per existing colour code, re-fixing/re-assembling as per existing connection complete all as specified and directed . Note :- (i) Cost of any addition/alteration ,welding,jointing work painting etc equired will deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) All consumable items such as Alu/Copper thimbles/Cable Glands, ,nut,bolts,washer etc are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) Cutting machine and painting machine or any other T&P required for the same will be arranged by the contractor at no extra cost.

Taking down/dismantling LT PCC/steel tubular poles ,studs,insulator including V clamp,cross arms , earth wire support etc and deposit to MES store complete all as specified and directed .

M&L Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate,finial taper plug,bolts,nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 ( 9.00 Meters long) complete all as specified and directed .Note : Excavation ,earth work & PCC work shall be measured paid separately.

M&L for trenchless boring under road crossings/foot paths by manual / Boring machine of Dia 120mm complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in replacement of 80 mm bore GI pipe light grade fixed on pole /trenches/wall/road crossing etc complete with clamp nut bolt etc all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in replacement of 50 mm bore GI pipe light grade fixed on pole /trenches/wall/road crossing etc complete with clamp nut bolt etc all as specified and directed .

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out for taking out / laying of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and providing sand cushioning with dry clean sand 15 cm below cable and 8 cm above the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured for the purpose of payments.

Supply and laying burnt bricks old size sub class-B laid in trenches for cable protection with length of brick perpendicular to length of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving built in cement concrete (unreinforced) n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation mass concrete and filling including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered complete with necessary use and waste fo form work complete all as specified and directed .

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 kV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m , complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross- arms of MS ,channel or angle sections & Earth Wire etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L mild steel as in cross arms bracing supports clamps and back planes fabricated from structural steel section including nut, bolts washers welding welding drilling holes for bolts in any shape and size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one proimer coat one under coat one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete. paint complete to support the cables all as specified.

Dismantling of LT insulator any type any capacity all as directed, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for shackle type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator of size 100mm height 115mm dia incl nut of size 100 mm height 1100 volt grade shackle insulator, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pin type insulator porcelain vitreous white, brown or green incl one galvanized mild steel sprindle two galvanized iron washer and one galvanized iron nut 100 mm height 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade all as specified and directed.

M & L for GI stay assembly set comprising of 16mm dia 380mm iron stay bow 1800mm long stay rod 20 mm dia 300 x300x 6mm stay plate thimble GI stay wire 7/8 SWG of required length ,inclu.loop insulator,earth work and PCC complete with accessories as shown in Electrical plate No-1 all as specifies and directed.

M&L for painting of LT poles 9 mtr with synthetic enamel paint upto 2 mtr height with black and white paints with two coats and painting of cross arm/channel/clamp and street light bracket with aluminium paint incl making good to receive the paint incl base paint strips with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour all as shown & directed.

Material and labour for painting to existing LT steel tubular poles of sizes 9 mtr including bracket and other accessories as per site requitrement after preparing/ scraping the metal surface with emery sheet in all respect for making smooth surface and painted with one coat coat of aluminium paint as per site requirement complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for cutting of tree branches including cutting of trunk branches & stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unsv materials to a distance not exc 50 mtr & clearing site all as specified and directed . Note : up to 50 mtr length to be measured as one span, complete all as specified and directed.

Bush cutting / cleaning of grass with proper tools and equipments in various AGE E/M installations, clearing the bushes & grass below OH line and removal of waste material from the site 50 mtr away and as directed .

M &L for GI Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x6 mm buried directly in ground verticvally to size of earth pit not less than 0.90x 0.90 x 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, earth plate connected to galvanised earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm, 7.5 mtr long (Min) by means of brazing nuts, bolts, check nuts, & washers ,testing of completion (drawn in earth strip protection pipe light gade GI of size 40 mm dia) by means brazing at both edges with vertical plane of electrode all as shown in plate No 3 of SSR Part - I filling with charcoal dust , and common salt , including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil ,perforated watering pipeof size 15 mm dia,funnel with wire mesh,earth strip protection pipe light grade PCC chamber 1:3:6 type C1 (for even finish on both the faces) and RCC cover 1:2:4 Type B1,450 x450 x50 mm thick with 6 mm dia CTD bars 150 mm c/c with 2 Nos of handles of 10 mm dia steel rod all as specified and directed and testing on completion and connected to equipment with lugs and screw nuts etc all as specified and directed by EIC Note : (i) 7.5 RM GI earth wire deemed to be included in quoted rates beyond 7.5 RM wire shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Earth resistance of earth pit should be not more than 02 Ohms on testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost. (iii) Rate quoted by the tenderer is deemed to included salt & Charcoal upto & above 450 mm (Min) top of GI Plate.

Taking down outdoor type LT Panel with by disconnecting all connections very carefully of size apprx (2x2x1) mtr with necessary switchgear deposit to MES store complete all as specified and directed . .

M & L , hardcore of gauge n-exc. 40mm, deposited ,spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface. Note:- Hardcore of gauge not exceeding 40mm shall executed near base of electric poles, LT/HT panels, 02 and 04 pole structures etc.

M&L painting of transformer / 4 pole/ 2 pole structure fencing of any type/size/length and removing from existing pole painting by using wire brush and using with emary paper and cleaning with chemical agents two coats of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium oil painting upto smooth finishining and painting to satisfactorly . and painting work carryout at any height and including marking of pole number as directed and safety eqpts & tools will be contractor's own arrangement and complete all as specified and directed.

S&F porcelain insulators of size 75 mm height and 25 mm width for fixing of aluminium and GI strip with suitable nut, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F bakelite insulator sheet of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 12 mm thick for fixing of air termination with suitable nut, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of medium grade GI tubing 40 mm bore for fixing of air termination single pointed aluminium rod with necessary clamps, nuts, bolts and washers including silver painting over the surfaces of all rusted metallic surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphores bronze size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos, 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex head screw complete all as specified and directed.

S&F air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia 300 mm long with suitable nut, bolts, screws, washers, complete all as specified and directed. .

Supply and installation outdoor type loop in loop out junction box totally enclosed double door weather and vermin proof, suitably ventilated, 440 Volts, 50 HZ,AC supply, fully compartamentalised cubical type made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet steel and powder coating including suitable angle iron/flat iron frame work/supports, excavation and earth work, PCC foundation etc, including 4 Nos copper bus bar of 200 Amps with indicating lamps of R,Y,B and MCCB TPN, 415 volt adjustable type, 100 Amps with breaking capacity 25 KA- 01 No at incoming side complete all as directed and specified .
