Dismentle the existing Indoor & Outdoor unit of 10 years old Split AC machines,window type AC machine and metal cage,metal platform,etc as per direction of EIC. All necessary requirement & scaffolding arrangment at different places of the building should be provided.These ODUs, IDUs and pipe lines including all acceessories and handed over to the authority.

Installation of IDU by fabricating iron stucture Supplying, fabrication & fixing of M.S. platform supported by Angle iron size of ( 35 mm x 35mm x 5mm) with length of 1 mtr two(02) nos & langle iron of size (30mm x30mm x4 mm) with length of 1 mtr two nos. Two nos 'L' shap 35mm x35 mm angle iron will be suspended from ceiling by 4 nos M10 fastner with 1 mtr apart from each other. Two nos 30mmx30mm angle will be fixing with 'L" shape angle as per direction of EIC. The whole structure should be paint by 2 coats enamel paint.

Charges for MS Structure for 2/1.5TR ODU installation with necessary scaffolding arrangement: Supplying, fabrication & fixing of M.S. platform supported by Angle iron of size of ( 50 mm x 50mm x 5mm) with length of 0.7 mtr two(02) nos for base of platform fixed with wall and lenght of 1.2 mtr (35x35x5mm) two(02) nos angle will be fixed with end point of base and wall . The length of existing platform base will be increase by two(02) nos 0.16mtr length of 35x35x5mm GI angle with welding the existing angle. All of these four (04) nos of angle iron should be welded with four(04) nos MS flat square plate of required size (125mm x 125mm x 7mm) with four nos hole) and to be fixed on wall by 120mm length with M16 fastner and Hilti chemical mortar as per requirement. The platform should be welded with 3 (three) nos angle 35x35x5 mm of 1.5 mtr length fixed in equal intervals for the said platform. The platform would be fabricated with 9 (nine) nos angle 20x20x4 mm of 0.7 mtr length for installation and maintenance of AC machines purpose. Also making the safety grill by 4 nos angle 20x20x4 mm size with length of 1 mtr will bwe welded on platform as stand and these stands would be interconnected with 2.9 mtr length of 20x20x4mm angle. The whole structure should be paint by 2 coats enamel paint. All these are descripted for each MS ODU structure. The entire structure must be safe to carry out maintenance of ODU as per direction of EIC.Complex work should be carried out as per direction of EIC with necessary scaffolding arrangement.

Supplying,Testing & commissioning of suction/ discharge copper pipe line in Split air conditioning unit of 1.8 TR/2 TR & 4.5Tr capacity Tower AC machine including brazing, nitrile rubber insulation 6/9mm thick class 'O', etc complete as required.

System Re -Operation ,Nitrogen Gas Flashing, After S/dressing, Welding Of Copper Pipe Jointed line, Gas Pressure Leakage Testing with Nitrogen gas,pressure holding upto 48 hrs. After leak testing Making - negative 30psi Vacuum For Gas Charge of existing Bluestar make 4.5Tr Tower Ac and Daikin make 1.8/2 Tr Split type AC as per direction of EIC.

Supply & fixing of outdoor unit fan blade of existing 1.8 /2Tr split AC machines. Make:DAIKIN

Checking,Repairing/replacement of existing faulty PCB circuit with all required equipments of 1.8 /2Tr. split AC machine as required as per dirction of EIC. Make:DAIKIN.

Ckecking,Repairing/replacement of existing faulty PCB circuit with all required equipments of the circuit of Bluestar make 4.5 Tr Tower AC machine(both IDU & ODU) as per direction of EIC.

Supply & replacement of damaged fan motor for indoor unit of ( 1.8/2 Tr) Split type AC machines as per direction of E.I.C.(Make:DAIKIN)

S/F 3 phase Electrical 3 pole contractor for 4.5 Tr Tower AC( make- CHINT ,Cat-NC1-1810 or aprove make as per EIC).

Supply & replacement of outdoor unit fan motor of 1.8/2 Tr split AC as per direction EIC.Make:DAIKIN

Supply & replacement of outdoor unit fan motor for existing Bluestar make 4.5 Tr(Bluestar make) tower AC(Make: PICL AC Fan Motor UH 1109, 250 W) or aprove make as per direction EIC.

S/F of Running capacacitor 40+4 mfd (Approved make)

Supply & fixing of 1.8/2Tr Compressor(R-32/R-22) in the place of existing damaged one (aprove make as per direction of EIC and suported for existing DAIKIN/HITACHI make AC machine).

Supply & fixing Compressor in the place of damaged one of existing Bluestar make 4.5 Tr Tower AC with all required arrangements (Make: Panasonic , Model: C -SB373H8F) or aprove make as per direction of EIC.

Supply & laying PVC drain pipe 25mm dia with 6mm thick nitrile rubber insulation (Make- Supreme/Oriplast)

Hiring charges for scaffolding arrangement including dismantling at the end of work and carriage, , per storey of building per vertical run
