List of Financial Resources with Certificates

The Bidder must have supplied and installed at least 10 set of CFPI to any utilities in India. The performance certificate should be provided from the officers not below Executive level.

The Bidder or his OEM shall be experienced, Bonafide & resourceful contractors of State/Central Govt. Undertakings, private power utilities, Statutory Bodies globally constituted under the statute of Central/State Govt. or Globally. Bidder must submit the valid Electrical license & executed contract copies along with bid

The Annual financial turnover of the Bidder shall be at least 50 lakhs in any one of the previous Five Financial Years i.e.,2020-21, 2021-2022, 2022-2023 & 2023-2024, 2024-2025

The liquid assets Cash at Bank PLUS Terms Deposit PLUS availability of fund-based credit/OD facilities the bidder on or after the date of notification of tender, in any Nationalized/Scheduled commercial Bank shall not be less than 25 lakhs. The OEM/OES/EPC agency must have servicing facility in India. The bidder / offered product shall have ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001, ISO 45001:2018 or above certification. Documentary evidence in this regard shall have to be submitted with the bid

Cobranding or brand labelling of product from other manufacturers will not be considered. Self-declaration letter must be enclosed by bidder

The Bidder or his OEM must have calibration of all measuring and monitoring equipments conducted in NABL accredited labs or shall have in-house calibration facility for the same with NABL accreditation.Documentary evidence in this regard shall have to be submitted with the bid

Bidder or OEM should have own manufacturing facilities to manufacture the 11KV FPIs. Details of manufacturing units, locations and works from where supply against the tender shall be proposed to be furnished

Bidder or OEM should have in-house testing facilities for acceptance and routine test as per relevant IS/IEC Bidder should submit the undertaking and details of address in this regard

Indian companies in relationship with global OEM or authorized Indian channel partner of global OEM are also eligible to bid if the qualification requirements stated above are met independently or in combination with the OEM. Authorization letter from the OEM to be submitted along with bid

The Bidder or OEM must furnish the non-black listed declaration anywhere globally, in case of previously having the history must be specified with sufficient evidence of revoked of blacklist. In case of misleading information found during evolution, they will be permanently blacklisted

The bidder shall only satisfy all the qualifying requirements. No Joint venture/ Consortium is allowed for participating in this tender
