1.1.1/P62) Removing the excavated materials,debris of any description and any other waste materials,spoil including loading into trucks/tractors using baskets by head load or any other means and transporting by trucks/tractors and unloading at the earmarked places, spreading / levelling complete and disposal inside plant within 1 KM lead.

2.28.1) Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. All kinds of soil.

02.06.01) Earth work in all kinds of soil in foundation, trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus earth as directed within a lead of 50 M. Disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed. Lift upto 1.5 m in all type of soil.

02.06.02/2.26.1) Earth work in all kinds of soil in foundation, trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms , lift from 1.5m to 3.00m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus earth as directed within a lead of 50 M. Disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed. Lift from 1.5m to 3.00 m in all type of soil.

02.09.01) Earthwork excavation in soft rock / ordinary rock in foundations not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 Sqm. on plan including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift as mentioned above including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus earth as directed within a lead of 50m. Disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed.Lift upto 1.50m in ordinary / soft rock.

4.1.3) Providing and laying plain cement concrete at all depths below and upto ground level in foundations,fillings,non-suspended floors including tamping, curing etc. including the cost of centering and shuttering etc. as specified or directed in any shape,position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth etc.all complete(CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.)P.C.C.1:2:4 (1cement: 2coarse sand: 4graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

04.01.08) Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)at all depths below and upto ground level in foundations,fillings,non-suspended floors including tamping, curing etc. including the cost of centering and shuttering etc. as specified or directed in any shape,position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth etc.all complete(CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.).

05.01.02) Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete work in foundation, beams, columns,walls in vertical or horizontal fins, bressummers, suspended floors, landing, balconies, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts upto 1.00 mtr. above ground level, etc. including necessary curing upto 15 days, finishing and plastering the exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6mm to give a smooth and even surface as directed by Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost of reinforcement, centering and shuttering etc. complete ( CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).Same as above item in 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5coarse sand: 3graded stone aggregate of 20mm & dn size)

05.02.02) Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete work in foundation, roofs, slabs, lintels, beams,chajjas, columns,walls in vertical or horizontal fins, bressummers,shelves, suspended floors, landing, balconies, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. in super structure up to floor five ( V ) level , including necessary curing, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost of reinforcement, centering and shuttering etc. complete (CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE). With RCC grade 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 sand: 3 stone aggregate).

05.09.00) Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for foundations, raft of columns/walls, as directed by Engineer-in Charge.Work in foundation and footing upto plinth level in all shape and sizes.

05.09.02) Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for walls, columns, pillars, posts, struts, lintels, roofs, cantilevers, roof beams as directed by Engineer-in Charge.Work above ground level up to all heights, in all shapes and sizes.

05.22.03) Bending / Binding and placing in position high yield deformed bars reinforcement or cold twisted deformed bars reinforcement for R.C.C.work at all height and depths,carting the same from store/issue points to site of work, straightening, cleaning, bending to required shape and lengths as per details including supplying and binding with contractor's own soft annealed binding wire and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, chairs, spacers and return of unused/ scrap/ unserviceable steel to owner's storage point etc all complete. (REINFORCEMENT STEEL/TOR STEEL SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO's STORE)

06.02.03) Providing & laying brick masonry in foundation and plinth in any shape including all complete in Cement mortar (1Cement:6 sand), incuding cost of materials, all labours, curing, scaffolding etc. ( Ash bricks will be procured by the Agency and Cement will be issued free of cost at by Nalco from store )

06.03.03) Providing & laying Brick masonry in superstructure in any shape including scaffolding, staging, curing, all complete in Cement mortar (1 Cement:6 sand) up to a hight of floor V ( 20 metres from ground level). ( Ash bricks will be procured by the Agency and Cement will be issued free of cost at by Nalco from store )

7.1.1) Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth up to 1.00 metre above ground level including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : 7.1.1 Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) . Cement will be issued free of cost by NALCO.

9.1.2) Providing and fixing sal wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows, door shutters, window shutters and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately): Sal wood including wood primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality.

09.20.01) Supplying and fixing in position flush wooden doors shutters with 35 mm nominal thickness solid type flush shutter,with decorative type plywood facing on both faces with oxidised butt hinges necessary screws,cleats and sand Blocks includingapplying two coats of approved synthetic enamel paints of ICI or equivalant over a coat of primer for shutters hinges etc including all fittings as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

9.119) Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos of 150 mm long brackets of 15x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19x19 mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S. screws of 65/100 mm size, complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineerin-Charge.

09.118.1) Providing and fixing to existing door frames. 24 mm thick factory made PVC door shutters made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 59x24 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) with inbuilt edging on both sides. The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S. tube of size 20x20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The lock rail made up of 'H' section, a uPVC hollow section of size 100x24 mm and 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) wall thickness, fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic/galvanised M.S. 'U' cleats. The shutter frame filled with a uPVC multi-chambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having over all thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The panels filled vertically and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6 mm galvanised M.S. rod and fastened with nuts and washers, complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (For W.C. and bathroom door shutter).

10.02.00) Transporting, fabricating, and fixing Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required, in columns, beams, trusses, purlins, gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates, grills, doors, shutters , windows, ventilators and similar works, including all materials and labours all complete as directed by Engineer in charge.( Structural steel will be issued free of cost by NALCO ).

10.20.00) Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete.

10.30.01) Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, wooden windows, clerestory windows, ventilators all complete with : 4.0 mm thick glass panes.

11.26.00) Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : 25 mm thick. ( Only cement will be issued free of cost by NALCO).

11.36.00) 11.36 Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

11.37.00) 11.37 Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

12.01.02) Fixing in position CGI Sheets/translucent fibre reinforced plastic sheet of standard sizes/PPGL sheets/ Aluminium alloy sheets including taking delivery from NALCO's Stores for all works in roofs, walls gables, claddings and louvers etc. including all accessories like self drilling screw, stitch bolts limpet washers, bitumen washers etc. including cutting, mitering, drilling, temporary, scaffolding, staging with safety rules, all labours, tools tackles etc. all complete at all height.(CGI SHEET/TRANSLUCENT REINFORCED FIBRE GLASS SHEET/PPGL sheets/Aluminium alloy sheets SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE)

12.04.1) Taking delivery from NALCO"s Store, transportation to site and fixing plain GI sheet/ PPGL sheet of 600 mm width for ridge, cornor pieces, flashings, north light curves bargeboards etc, bent to shape fixed with supply and fixing of approved self drilling screw, bolts, nuts. GI limpet and bitumen washers approved make, necessary laps, finishing, providing hooks, nuts, sitch bolts etc all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge at all heights.(ONLY PLAIN GI SHEETS/ PPGL sheets SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE).

12.41.02) Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes. 110 mm diameter .

12.42.1.2) Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion. Coupler of 110 mm .

13.16.00) Providing and laying 6mm thick cement plaster to ceiling of nominal mix 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) using approved Nowrangpur sand including screening, necessary curing etc, all complete (up to a hight of 10 metres from ground level).(CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE)

13.18.01) Providing and applying neat cement punning on concrete surface/plaster surfaces using 2.2 kg of cement and approved water profing compound ( Pidilite/ Sika or equivalent make ) , including cleaning the surface, scaffolding up to all hight, curing , as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

13.26.00) Applying putty ( J K White putty ) on the old/new walls to give an even surface & smooth after cleaning the colour wash/ white wash/distemper with wire brush or sand paper with all materials, tools & takles etc. all complete.

13.43.01) Applying a coat of approved water thinnable cement primer on new/old cement plaster surface after removing the colour wash/white wash & foreign particles rubbing with sand paper as directed etc. complete.

13.44.1) Supplying, Applying and Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm) , including cleaning the surface, work up to 10 metre height, necessary scaffoldings if required, all labours, tools & tackles, etc, all complete.

13.60.01) Providing, painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved make / shade as per colour scheme on walls on old / new surface etc complete.The works shall shall include the preparation of surface by sand papering, wire brushing, removal of scales and peeled off surfaces , filling the depressions,nail holes by putty and painting uniformly without any patches and brush markings.The area must be cleaned after completion of painting work. For two or more coat with new colour .

13.62.01) Supply and application of two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and shade on all kinds of structural works including cleaning of old surface etc all complete with all labour tools, tackles, consumables etc all heights as per direction of Engineer-in-charge at all heights.

13.73.1) White washing with lime to give an even shade , including all materials, labours, tools & tackles: 13.37.1 New work (three or more coats) .

15.7.4) Dismantling all type of Masonry, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish including filling in low lying areas of Plant/Township/mines as the case may be etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (up to a lead of 50 mtrs).

16.7) Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. 16.70.1 Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm

17.23.00) Providing and fixing white vitreous china flat back or wall corner type lipped front urinal basin of 430x260x350 mm or 340x410x265 mm sizes respectively of approved make with fittings, standard size of C.P. brass clamps , waste fittings, cutting the wall and floor & making good the wall and floor wherever required all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

17.01.01) Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan ) with 100 mm PVC P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required : White Vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests .

17.02.01) Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required : 17.2.1 W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid .

17.71.00) Providing and fixing of PTMT liquid soap container of 109 mm wide 125 mm high & 112 mm distance from wall as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

18.18.00) Providing and fixing ball valve (brass) of approved quality, High or low pressure, with plastic floats complete :25 mm nominal bore .

18.18.02) Providing and fixing ball valve (brass) of approved quality, High or low pressure, with plastic floats complete : 20 mm nominal bore.

18.25.01) Providing and laying S&S C.I. standard specials such as tees, bends, collars, tapers, caps etc. (Heavy class) : Up to 300 mm dia .

18.26.01) Providing and laying flanged C.I. standard specials such as tees, bends, collars, tapers, caps etc., suitable for flanged jointing as per IS : 1538 : Up to 300 mm dia .

18.48.01) Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, ISI : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

19.06.03) Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes of 250 mm dia. with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete : ( Cement for jointing will be issued free of cost by NALCO )

22.08.01) Providing and laying four courses water proofing treatment with bitumen felt over roofs consisting of first and third courses of blown bitumen 85/25 or 90/15 conforming to IS : 702 applied hot @ 1.45 Kg per square metre of area for each course, second course of roofing felt type 3 grade-I (hessian based self finished bitumen felt) and fourth and final course of stone grit 6 mm and down size or peasized gravel spread at 6 cubic diameter per square metre including preparation of surface but excluding grading complete with : 22.8.1 Bitumen felt (hessian base) type 3 grade I conforming to IS : 1322

22.14.01) Providing and laying grading concrete for water proofing treatment with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone grit of 6mm and down nominal size) and approved water proofing compound ( Sika/ LW+/Dr. Fixit/ Pidilite ) or equivalent as per the manufacturer's specification, incuding cleaning of surface, including centering & shuttering work for panneling,curing , necessary scaffolding up to all hight, etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO's STORE).
