| 1 | Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of transformer of capacity 200 KVA confirming to IS 1180 (Part-1)- 2014 with latest amendment No. 4, BEE 3 star rated, EEL 3, step down Outdoor type complete with standard fittings, HT 11 KV 3 phase LT 433 vols, 3 phase, 4 wire corrugated 7 position off circuit tape links of rating + 10% to -10% @ 2.5% by means of hand operated off load tap changer including necessary control wiring transformer copper wound, double wound, oil immersed naturally cooled with external cooling tubes core type delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector symbol Dyn -11 (vector group with neutral brought on secondary side (LV side) and the maximum temperature rises should not exceed 40 degree centigrade in oil and 45 degree centigrade in HV/LV winding ring measured by resistance after continuous full load run in ambient temp as per IS -2026 per transformer, IS-3639 for fitting & accessories, IS-2099 for high voltage porcelain bushings and the transformer shall be comprised with the following standard fitting with on load tappings on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit all as per IS -1180 complete all as specified and as directed with latest policy for following:-
Note:-
(i) Three Nos porcelain bushing suitable for 11 KV on HV side, complete with copper rods, nuts and washers with cable end box.
(ii) Four Nos porcelain bushing suitable for 433V on LV side, complete with copper rods, nuts and washers with cable end box.
(iii) Monogram plate. (iv) Oil conservator with filter and drain plug.
(v) Prismatic/transparent oil gauge. (vi) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (silica gel).
(vii) Thermometer pocket. (viii) Air release plug. (ix) Inspection cover (x) Lifting lugs for complete transformer
(xi) Top cover lifting lugs (xii) Jacking lugs (xiii) Top filter valve (xiv) Instruction plate(xv) Drain cum bottom filter valves
(xvi) Earthing terminal and stud(xvii) Off load tap changer (xviii) Rating and Diagram plate (xix) Buchholz relay with alarm & trip contacts.
(xx) Bi directional roller wheel -04 Nos. (xxi) Marshalling box for termination of all alarm & trip controls of the transformer.
(xxii) WTI (Winding temperature indicator) with alarm & trip contact (xxiii) Oil surge relay. (xxiv) Shut off valve for buchholz relay.
(xxv) OTI (Oil temperature indicator) dial type of 150 mm with alarm and trip contact capillary type.
(xxvi) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50x6 mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of body.
(xxvii) Necessary PCC foundation/ block masonry platform as directed by OEM.
(xxviii) First filling of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 marked (Make Savita/ Apar/ Power Link.
Note :- (a) The rates include for supplying transformers with standard fittings and installing complete including all jointing materials, connecting with electrical system, earthing, testing and commissioning.

| 7 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of floor mounted outdoor LT Feeder Pillar Panel, AC 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, suitable for operation in tropical climatic conditions, fabricated from CRCA sheet steel not less than 3.15 mm thick, CPRI type tested, self-supporting, dust and vermin proof, floor mounted cubicle type, fully compartmentalized construction with front and rear access, bottom cable entry arrangement complete with cable glands, gland plates, danger notice plates, lifting hooks, ventilation louvers, neoprene gaskets, locking arrangements, busbar supports, earth bar and all accessories complete all as specified and directed.
Note : -
The panel shall be mounted on MS angle iron frame fabricated from ISA 50x50x5 mm and grouted on PCC foundation (1:2:4) Type-B1 complete with foundation bolts, nuts, washers and anti-corrosive treatment. The panel shall be subjected to 8-tank metal treatment process followed by powder coating finish of approved shade. The feeder pillar shall be complete with the following components:
(i) Bus Bar Arrangement * Aluminium Bus Bars rated for 600 Amps, 4 Nos (R, Y, B & Neutral). * Supported on non-hygroscopic SMC/DMC insulators. * Complete with brass hardware, sleeves, shrouding and identification markings.
(ii) Incomer * 01 No. 400 Amps, 415 Volts, 4 Pole MCCB, thermal magnetic release type. * Breaking capacity not less than 36 kA. * Adjustable overload and short circuit protection.
(iii) Metering & Indicating Instruments * 03 Nos LED Indicating Lamps for R, Y & B phases. * 01 No. Digital Multifunction Meter (MFM) indicating Voltage, Current, Frequency, Power Factor, kW, kVA, kWh etc. * Necessary CTs, selector switches, control wiring and protection fuses.
(iv) Outgoing Feeders * 06 Nos 160 Amps, 415 Volts, 3 Pole MCCBs with thermal magnetic release. * 04 Nos Working Feeders.
* 02 Nos Spare/Standby Feeders. * Complete with busbar connections, cable terminals and interconnections.
(v) Earthing * Copper/GI earth bar extending throughout panel length. * Two independent earthing terminals for connection to external earth system.
(vi) Testing & Commissioning : * Insulation Resistance Test. * Continuity Test. * Functional Test of MCCBs and Metering. * Busbar Tightness Check.
