M&L for servicing of compressor unit with blower unit (Package Type AC plant and servicing whole chamber, blowing out the dust, rectifying the minor problems, checking of interlock of safety/ control device, checking of all electrical connections in unit, refrigerant pipe lines, renewal of all corroded sheet metal screws, servicing of blowers, cleaning of evaporator coils washing with chemicals with forced feed method to remove the dust from the coil and filters, greasing the blower fan bearings, alignment of the blower and shaft, adjustment of the 'V' belts tension, tightening the nuts bolts, including replacement of damage trucking canvas with zip as per old of the following capacities of Package type AC plants complete all as specified and as directed . Note:- Small repair work related to servicing part (if any) shall be included in the scope. No extra payment shall be admissible for that account.

M&L for complete servicing the condensing unit (Package Air conditioning unit), with and including dismantling the condensing units sheet metal body, blowing out the dust, spraying the organic based scale removing agent at the appropriate ratio to the condenser fan area, till removal of complete scales & dust, flushing through for proper air flow across the coil, checking of all electrical connections, greasing of motor bearing, renewal of all corroded sheet metal screws, applying synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer on the rusted portion in inner body, reassembling the sheet metal parts, and testing the unit all as specified and as directed. Note:- Small repair work related to servicing part (if any) shall be included in the scope. No extra payment shall be admissible for that account.

M&L for leak testing of the total refrigerant system of Package type AC plants by pumping down the refrigerant to cylinder, flushing out the entire system arrest all leakages by replacing the damaged flare nuts, taflon washers, brazing, gaskets, o rings etc and leak test by supply and charging with Nitrogen gas ( N-2) under constant pressure of 250 - 300 PSI , watching the pressure for 24 Hrs for confirmation, flushing out the system vacuumising and charge the required qty of refrigerant and lubricant testing and commissioning the system all as directed for the following capacity of plants (Note: Refrigerant & compressor oil shall be measured and paid separately under respective items)

M&L for taking down unserviceable hermetically sealed compressor after disconnecting the suction/delivery lines and Supply & fixing hermetically sealed compressor of following capacities as per existing make, model & specification, including pressure testing, vacuumising and charging of refrigerant, testing and commissioning all as directed Make :- Copeland/Danfoss/kirloskar/Blue star/Voltas (As per site requirement) Note: Refrigerant will be measured and paid separately

Taking down unserviceable liquid line filter drier and S&F liquid line filter drier as per existing make & specification and suitable size to fixing with existing refrigerant line for 5.5 TR to 8.75 TR capacity compressor of AC Plant, all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge

Taking down unserviceable liquid line filter drier and S&F liquid line filter drier as per existing make & specification and suitable size to fixing with existing refrigerant line for 11 TR capacity compressor of AC Plant, all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge

Removing the worn-out unserviceable blower motor following capcity of AC Plant from the position after disconnecting the electrical connections and transporting to the work shop and opening the end covers, removing the unserviceable winding, clean the slots with CTC, rewind the motor by super enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge and size with insulating paper, insulating varnish and drying for obtaining requisite insulation values complete with necessary PVC sleeves, lead wire, new terminal block complete and bring back and install in position including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed

(b) 5 HP to 7.5 HP capacity

Taking down unserviceable blower motor V-belt and S&F blower motor V-belt as per existing same Model & specification and suitable size to fixing with existing system for 5.5 TR/ 8.75/ 11 TR capacity Package unit, all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. Make:- FENNER/DUNLOP/NIRLON

M&L for Repair / Servicing microprocessor based control panel with display including replacing wornout u/s single/three phase controllers, contractors, fuse, internal wiring as per existing same model & specification and suitable size to Package unit of AC Plant, complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F in replacement microprocessor based control panel alongwith single phase controllers, contractors and LED display as per existing same model & specification, controlling for condensing unit, compressor unit & blower of following units to Package type AC plant, all as specified and as directed. Make:- Voltas / Bluestar / LG

M&L for nitrile rubber tubular insulation for copper tubing as per existing density and thermal conductivity including packing material, aluminium sheet cover and PVC tie for the 5.5 TR to 3 x 11TR capacities of Package type AC plants complete all as specified and as directed . Removing the chocked unserviceable copper refrigerant tubing and S&F copper refrigerant tubing for the following sizes (outer dia) including suitable joints / branch connectors and distributers with flare nuts/brazing for indoor & outdoor units as required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

(b) 15.9 mm to 22.2 mm

M&L for rigid PVC conduit (medium grade) size 32 mm dia for water drain out line for Package type AC plant, laid on walls, ceiling, in floors with clamping / fixing materials complete all as specified and as directed.

Description All as per Ser item 14 above but size 40 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces by scrapping and removing rusted portion with wire brusesh and applying one coat of Red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint by spray method of the following capacities Package type AC Plant complete all as specified and directed :-

Removing the unserviceable thermostat switch and S&F thermostat switch of range -5 to +25 degree centigrade of following capacity 5.5 to 11 TR all as directed by the Engr-in-charge

Removing the unserviceable thermostat expansion valve from the evaporating unit and S&F thermostat expansion valve of following capacities including cutting and brazing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for repairing the Cold Storage Room PVC wall and ceiling by replacing unserviceable PVC insulated panels made up of expanded polyesterene (EPS) stuck to 2.0 mm thick PVC sheet with PVC strip / aluminium frame and repairing insulated door, by replacing door beading, repair to door lock etc. complete all as required at site and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for servicing / overhauling to complete indoor/outdoor (Cold Storage plant) labour only for overhauling and servicing whole chamber, blowing out the dust, rectifying the problems, checking of interlock of safety/ control device, checking of all electrical connections in unit, refrigerant pipe lines, renewal of all corroded sheet metal screws, servicing of blowers, cleaning of evaporator coils washing with chemicals with forced feed method to remove the dust from the coil and filters, greasing the fan including leak testing of the total refrigerant system of plants by pumping down the refrigerant to cylinder, flushing out the entire system arresting all leakages by replacing the damaged flare nuts, taflon washers, brazing, gaskets, o rings etc and leak test by supply and charging with Nitrogen gas ( N-2) under constant pressure of 250 - 300 PSI , watch the pressure for 24 Hrs for confirmation tightening the nuts bolts, of the following capacities of Cold Storage Plant plants at FCM & Airmen Mess complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

(a) Cold Storage 15000 BTU, (+10°C) capacity (Room No 1 & 3)

(b) Cold Storage 15000 BTU, (-10°C) capacity (Room No 2)

(c) Cold Storage 20000 BTU, (+10°C) capacity (Room No 4)

(d) Cold storage 2 x 2 HP ( Eva -23.3°C to -28.0°C) capacity

Note for item No. 20 above:- Servicing shall have to be carried out in an interval of every six months( Atleast 2 times during the currency of the work)

Supply and top up Compressor oil of suitable grade in the refrigeration compressor to the requisite level complete all as directed Make:- Freezol / Servo Freeze

Supply and filling / topping up / charging of Refrigerent gas R-22 for Central / Package type AC Plants complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down existing unserviceable submain wiring from batten / conduit of any size and making good to disturbed surfaces to match the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for submain wiring with 4 X 10.0 Sqmm + 2 x 6 Sqmm earth Wire single core PVC insulated FRLS sheathed cooper cable connecting to common earth dolly in and including heavy duty PVC casing caping/conduit pipe as per direction , all accessories complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- 6 runs of copper wire and 1 run of casing caping / conduit pipe shall be measured as one unit length.

M&L for submain wiring with 4 X16.0 Sqmm + 2 x 10.0 Sqmm earth Wire single core PVC insulated FRLS sheathed cooper cable connecting to common earth dolly in and including heavy duty PVC conduit pipe as per direction , all accessories complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- 6 runs of copper wire and 1 run of conduit pipe shall be measured as one unit length.

S&F Distribution board 4 way TPN vertical type Double Door duly fitted with Bus Bars, Neutral Links suitable for 415V, 50Hz, Blanking Plates, Suitable for FP MCCBs as incomer (MCCB to be measured and paid separatly), including taking down old complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F CRCA Sheet metal enclouser with provision to mount MCB/Isolator/RCCB etc, suitable for use on 415 V, 50 Hz supply, metal door IP 20, 4 way for 4 Nos modules including taking down old complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in platform, filling and mass concrete, for plant foundation all as specified, including necessary form work and applying two coats of white wash to exposed surface of coping / platform complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on brick / concrete / block masonery surfaces in Cm (1:6) and rendering is to be finished fair complete all as specified and as directed.
