Supply,Construction, Commissioning and providing services for Automatic truck / Wheel Wash System for different heavy duty vehicles at Amalgamated Inder-Kamptee Deep OC Mine under Kamptee Sub Area of WCL, Nagpur Area on (Turnkey basis).

A Civil Construction related works 1. Supply of design drawing for construction of all civil related works including concreate water tank of minimum 40 cum. Construction of wheel wash foundation and recycle tank of at least 40 cubic meter consisting of screen chamber, grit chamber, oil & grease chamber, sedimentation tank and equalization tank along with pump house. 2. Supply of all construction material with workmanship and completion of all civil related works. 3. Erection and commissioning of the mechanical system in synchronization with civil system. 4. Scope of WCL for civil construction- Site for the system. B Mechanical and electrical works related to Wheel wash system: The system unit will be consisting the following: 1.Hot Dip Galvanized wash pads- minimum of two hot-dip galvanized wash elements (left/right) each having minimum 4200 mm (L) x 1000 mm (W) with side cladding / panels of adequate height to avoid spraying of washed effluent in the LHS and RHS. 2.Side spray panels (2 nos., 1 in LHS and RHS each) with openable nozzles assembly. The nozzles of minimum 5mm orifice/diameter and minimum 120 no. of nozzles including side and bottom nozzles to cover length of the wash platform of minimum 4200mm drive through length and track width of minimum 10300 mm x 3360 mm.The wash elements should have angled profile construction for better cleaning effect embedded with the nozzles. 3.Wash water pumps control panels. A minimum of 2 submersible sludge quality pumps with integrated screen assemblies, water well piping, Pump deliver individually a maximum of 1000 liter per 30 second wash cycle. The submersible pumps should be able to reuse the water in the wheel washing system from recycling tank. 4.Automatic vehicle entry sensing- 1 set, at least Automatic vehicle entry sensor should be capable to activate wheel washing unit and related water recycling operations automatically as soon as vehicle approaches the system. The related sensor should be placed in a self-supporting Powder coated stand. The sensor stand should have an integrated rotation plate to provide directional changes for sensor focus on the field. 5.Side railing along with entry /exit gate in and around the water tank for safety concern.At least 1.2 mtrs height by chain link fencing with angle iron support. 6.Control panel- at least 1 set with IP 54 or more protection. 7.Flocculent Dosing Pump/system- Minimum 1 set of adequate capacity. 8.Oil Skimmer-Minimum 1 set of adequate capacity. 9.Miscellaneous: In addition to the above, if some essential equipment(s) required for proper functioning of the whole system will be in vendor scope only. Vendor have to ensure system’s working performance from trail run to warranty period of 12 months at peak loads.
