S&F, Factory made wood grain printed wire gauzed PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top, middle & bottom rails(3 panels). M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded wood grain printed PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 5mm thick x15mm wide PVC sheet beading used inside stiles and rails stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and wood grain printed PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Wire guaze sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable decorative PVC beading of 10mm x 10mm (900 ) used, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing. S&F of fixed louvered ventilator made out of multi chambered uPVC sections fusion welded joints with glazing bead with EPDM black gasket having isolated drainage and reinforced with galvanized iron profiles throughout the window. The outer frame having an overall size of (60mm x 36mm x 2.2mm)/(60mm x 58mm x 2.2mm) with reinforcement of 1.2mm thickness including 5mm thick frosted glass and stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia and average width of aperture 1.40 mm fixed complete all as specified and directed. Supply & Fix aluminium Powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) frame for doors, windows, ventilators , sliding shutters etc. with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing , sliding roller , locking arrangement etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Glass , wire mesh, and EPDM gasket shall be measured and paid under respective item.

S&F, aluminium powder coated of any colour ventilators, partly louvered and partly fixed type without sash bars including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, louvers etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Glass , wire mesh, shall be measured and paid under respective item.

S&F Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples, fixed complete all as specified and directed.
