Supply & delivery at site indoor, floor mounted sheet steel enclosed, epoxy painted 2(two) section Load break switch panel of capacity 11KV 400Amp. 3phase 50Hz. having breaking capacity 25KA for 1 second for controlling 200KVA transformers as per IR rules. Panel is also supplied with suitable size cable end box for connecting with the existing 3phase 11KV 630amp. VCB. The panel consist of 12KV 400A TP On load isolator with earth switch & fuse tripping mechanism, Aux,. contact, space heater with thermostat, panel illunination lamp etc. Panel is fabricated with 14 swg (2mm) CRCA sheet with degree of protection : IP-4X as per IEC 60947. (Make :-PCE Project Pvt. Ltd./other approved) Drawing Approval should be taken from dept. & all test reports and GC must be submitted before delivery. All the routine & high pressure tests to be performed in presence of the EIC & before delivery. (Materials should be supplied after taking approval from department.) [Test Certificate, warranty certificate to be produced at the time of delivery]

Supply & Delivery of 11KV/0.433KV, 200 KVA, Vector group- Dyn11, oil cooled ONAN, outdoor type, copper winding, Insulation class A, 3 phase 50 Hz transformer conforming standard referance IS 1180 level-II or latest IS as applicable with latest IE rule with:- (i) Oil conservator with filling hole with cap and plain oil level guage (ii) Silica-gel dehydrating breather charged with silica gel (iii) Oil drain Valve (iv) Oil input Valve (v) Lifting eye/hooks (vi) Two terminals (vii) Diagram and rating plate (viii) Air and Explosion Vent (ix) 100mm dia thermometer with thermometer pocket (x) Four bi directional plain roller (xi) Buchholz relay (xii) Resistance Temp. detector the transformer will be completed with first filling of oil as per IS335-1972. through operating handle outside the transformer with +5% to -10% in steps of 2.5% .The neutral lead should be brought out on L.T. side in a separate bushing. Connection HV/LV:- Delta/Star, Temperature rise 50°C in oil by thermometer, 55°C in winding by resistant. (Make:- Automatic Electrogear/Voltamp/ Andrew Yule Drawing Approval should be taken from dept. & all test reports and GC must be submitted before delivery. All the routine & high pressure tests to be performed in presence of the EIC before delivery.

Modification of LT PDB panel at sub-station by incorporation of one no. 800A (50KA) ACB and replacing of existing 2Nos. ACB by new model as per following specification and all other existing MCCB, ammeter, voltmeter, LED lamp and other equipment gadgets attached with the panel and both electrical & mechanical interlocking arrangement between 3nos. ACB as 3nos. incoming one out going including all protection as per direction of EIC. Specification of ACB:- Make: ABB/Siemens/Havels (a) ACB electrical draw out type 4 pole IN 800 amp to 500V AC 50/60HZ, ICU=50KA at 500V with mechanical reclosing lock-out with tripped signaling switch with tripped indicators with guid frame over current. Release sing adjustment range ACC. to size with display with auto & manual operating mechanism with door sealing frame with retrofit kit aluminum with supplying all required materials – 2nos as incomer and one out going terminal consist with bus duct 1600A. Both incoming ACB feeder must be a CASTEL LOCK and ELECTRICAL INTERLOCK system. As per direction of EIC

Supply, delivery and installation at site of earthing material such as 50mm × 6mm GI flat strip as required to complete the installation having earth pit of 50 mm dia heavy GI pipe 3.04 Mts. long as earth electrode, CI cover along with filling of earth pit with conventional chemical (not to use coke breeze & salt for corrosion) for reduction of Ω, as per IE rules under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level and all materials required to complete the whole installation as per direction of EIC. (with 10 no earth pit as per IS-3043).

Arrangement for approval by the directorate of Electricity with required design, drawing if required and statutory high pressure testing of equipment complete & as per satisfaction of inspecting authority & EIC. As per IE rules with site testing. & commissioning for 3 days run in hard arranged load.

Supply, delivery and storage the following cable at site :

185 Sq mm X 3 core 11 KV(E) grade XLPE insulated Al. Armored conforming to IS : 7098

300 sq mm X 3.5 core 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated Al. Ar. cable

Supply, delivery and storage at site the following cable jointing/ termination kit :

185 Sq mm x 3C HT indoor type

95 Sq mm x 3C HT indoor type (Straight through)

Installation of above switchgears including all connection as per existing installation as per IE rule.

Commissioning and Trial run & Supervision charge as per departmental rate and schedule for HT substation.

Renovation of MCC panel at pump house of WTP site by replacing of all component and repairing of control & power wiring (where necessary) of following feeder:- Incomer: 400amp MCCB, Outgoing: a) 75HP Star-delta starter - 3nos., b) 25HP star-delta starter - 3nos., c) 20HP Star-delta starter - 3nos., d) 5HP DOL starter - 3nos., e) 2HP DOL starter - 1no., f) Valve Actuator - 8nos., g) 32amp. MCCB - 1no. along with all other instrumentation, ammeter, voltmeter defective indicator lamp etc. The supplied major componets are of ABB/Siemens make. Cost including painting (spray paint) of the panel out side after removing of old paint from surface and cleaning as per direction. The colour and brand should be as per direction of EIC.

TRANSFORMER PLATFORM: Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. a) Pakur Variety C

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts………..complete as per direction a) For works in foundation, basement and upto roof of ground floor/ upto 4 m (i) Tor steel / Mild steeel (I) SAIL/TATA/RINL

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) (a) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Fencing the newly constructed transformer place with iron net enclosed with MS iron angle of 35 X 35 X 6 size frame.

Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. a) In ground floor including roof.

Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed.

Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:6) (b) In superstructure, ground floor

Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. (b) One Coats

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. (Two Coat) c) Super Protective 100% Acrylic Emulsion.

Applying Interior grade Acrylic Primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive Distemper/ Acrylic emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. (In Ground Floor) i) Water based interior grade Acrylic Primer, (b) One Coats

Applying Acrylic Emulsion Paint of approved make and brand on walls and ceiling including sand papering in intermediate coats including putty (to be done under specific instruction of Superintending Engineer) : (Two coats), ii) Luxury Quality

(b) Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary : (b) On steel or other metal surface :(iv) Two coats (with any shade except white)

Supplying best Indian sheet glass panes set in putty and fitted and fixed with nails and putty complete. (In all floors for internal wall & upto 6m height for external wall) (i) 3 mm thick (weighing 7.4 kg/Sq.m)

Extra for fixing glass panes in steel window.

Renewing worn out putty of glass panes : (a) Panes not exceeding 0.2 Sq.m

Painting block letters or digits in emalsun paint or any approved paint as per direction. f) Size above 10 cm. and upto 12.5 cm. N.B.: The aforesaid materials are to be supplied as per approved vendor list of PHED and duly approved by EIC. During execution of electrical works EI rules are to be strictly followed
