Note :- 1. Work will be carried out upto 4th storey of bldgs also as per direction of Engr-in-charge including necessary formwok and scaffolding required as per site conditions & no extra payment shall be made on this account. 2. Contractor should also resolve the day to day problems/ complaint related to item no 01 to 237 in piece meal as per requirement and give the feedback to the Engr-in-charge within next 24 hours about the work done and complete site will not be vacated for the same, only requirement basis site for work will be handed over and work will be carried out up to 4th storey. 3. The contractor shall be provided with space for setting up maintenance cell at the specified location as per the directions of engineer in charge which shalled be manned by the supervisor responsible for collecting complaints from the concerned JE/AGE. However, no additional payment other than those measurable below shall be made to the contractor. The recovery for non-complaince shall be made as per provisions given in Sch 'A' notes.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface walls, in cement mortar 1:4 , rendering is to be finished even and fair without using extra cement (up to 4th storey with necessary scaffolding) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface ceilings, in cement mortar 1:3 , rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for repairing of concrete surfaces such as balcony, chajjas, upward or downward facias ,column, pillar, ceiling and similar items with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 or rendering 10-15mm thick as per site requirement in CM 1:3 without using extra cement finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed (Up to fourth storey bldgs and including necessory formwork and scaffolding required as per site condition also taking down or dismantling as required at site.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description having width/girth exceeding 10 cm including preparation and rubbing with sand paper to make surface even and smooth complete all as specified.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted steel surfaces of any description having width/girth exceeding 10 cm including preparation and rubbing with sand paper to make surface even and smooth and apply putty and primer where requred complete all as specified.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new wooden surfaces of any description over a coat of pink primer having width/girth exceeding 10 cm complete all as specified including preparation and necessary filling by chalk putty as and where requered to make surface even and smooth.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted wood surfaces of any description having width/girth exceeding 10 cm complete all as specified including preparation and where requered to make surface even and smooth.

M&L for preparation of old decorated concrete/ plastered surfaces of walls, Pillars, cornices etc by booming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots & rubbing with sand paper and applying two coat of oil bound distemper on old decorated wall surface including two coats of wall care putty of 1 to 2 mm thick on uneven surface as and where required.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of oil bound distemper over two coat of wall care putty of 1 to 2 mm thick and one coat of primer complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old decorative plastered/concreat surface of wall, chajja, facia, face of columns, beam ect by booming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots & rubbing with sand paper and applying one coat of weather proof exterior emulsion (APEX) with necessary scaffoding up to 4th storey, including necessary filling of wall care putty on uneven surface as and where required all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered/concrete surfaces of walls, (up to 4th sorey with necessary scaffolding) and applying two coats of cement based paint over one coat of primer complete all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered /concrete/ brick surfaces of walls (up to 4th storey with necessary scaffolding) and applying one coat of cement based paint on old decorated surfaces including preparation.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any discription ground to 4th floors and removing the rubbish from the work site out side defence premises complete all as specified.

M&L for RCC M-15, nominal mix, type B-1(1:2:4), using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT mild steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking end and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use and waste form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs landings and similar work, not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) for fair finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use and waste form work to edges of concrete flats, treads, break in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roof and not exc. 20cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc. 10cm but n.exc. 20cm wide for fair finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified & directed

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs

Repair to Panelled door shutter,flush door shutter & wire gauze door shutter any type and change the following items as well as requred:- (a) MS Butt hinge size 100mm medium weight

(b) Aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section size 150 mm

(c) Aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section size 200 mm

(d) Aluminium handle fabricated type,anodised size 100mm

(e) Aluminium handle fabricated type,anodised size 150mm

(f) Aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) size 250 mm

(g) Galvanised MS wire cloth, 0.56 nominal dia and average width of aperture 1.18. incl wooden beading

(h) Mild steel 300 mm, ordinary rat tail rod pattern springs, incl roller and roller plate

M&L for chipping of spalled and loose concrete of soffits of slabs,chajjas, stair case, facias, parapets, columns, beams and like as directed, roughening and cleaning concrete surafce with steel wire brushes, removing of rust from existing steel surface with rust remover of SIKKA rustoff 100 applied in two coats @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm per coat of steel surafce and cleaning all rust with wire brushes cleaning with water and allowed to dry including S&F welded fabric GI wire mesh or wire size not less than 75mmx75mm and 3.0mm dia as reinforcement to concrete after placing the additional reinforcement all concrete surface shall thoroughly scrubbed with brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry this surface apply chemical polycrete admixture at the rate not less than of 2% by weight of cement and providing minimum 30mm thick (average thickness) gunniting mix (using 1 part of Ordinary Portland Cement and 2 parts of sand mixed with adhesive/admixture at the rate as directed) with a pressure 2.00 to 2.5 kg/sqcm by guniting machine and making the surface even including 5mm thick plastering in CM 1:3 on brick or concrete surfaces including finishing the surfaces even and smooth, without using extra cement including necessary form work to be carried out complete all as specified and directed. Note.- Where ever reinforcement required will be measured and paid seperatly

Repair to existing PVC pipe/CI pipe including making the joints water tight by using suitable material including cleaning if required and refixing of any dia. Note : Work to be carried out up to 4th storey bldg in any condition of working place/area

Material and labour for Sealing of WC/Floor traps joint and joints between rain water pipe and roof by using neat white cement paste or leak proof material and making the joint leakproof in case seepage is observed from WC/Floor trap and joint of rain water pipe and roof slab. Note : Work to be carried out up to 4th storey bldg in any condition of working place/area

Ditto all as per Item No 55 but in ventilator.

S&F steel rolling shutters of 1.25mm thickness laths with ball bearing as specified including tap cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer erected in position as directed as indicated complete gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle (including taking down existing unserviceable rolling shutters)
