Outsourcing of services for running electric passenger lift stretcher type (02 No) in MH round the clock in three shifts by providing one operator in each shift on each lift for hospital single automatic operation with attendent cap 1020 Kgs (15 passenger) to serve from ground floor to third floor with speed of 0.4 m/s to 0.5 m/s with all conencted machinery ARD, control relays, counter weights, buffers, relieving device with two speed control system, including power operated two speed slidiing doors for car and landing. Outsourcing of services for running of Oil Fired Incinerator in MH in one shift per day (on working day only) alongwith cleaning of all accessories such as injector nozzle and spray assembly, burning chamber, fully automatic mono block type pressure jet burners Motor, Pumping set control panel air blower (Fd) Exhaust system (ID) MS chimney 30 metre high including water tank 1500 litre capacity including staging provision of ladder aviation light earth complete. of 50 to 60 Kg per hour burning capacity for hospital waste including LT panel and computer system for operation of incinerator. Make : HAAT INCINERATOR INDIA PVT LTD all as required at site to make the plant functional. Note: i) POL will be issued under Sch 'B' free for fixing.

Outsourcing of services for running Steam Boiler- 02 No one working at a time in MH in one shift per day (on working day only) alongwith water softening plant and cleaning of all accessories such as injector nozzle and spray assembly, descaling of boiler tubes, cleaning of economiser tubes all as required at site to make the plant functional. Note: i) POL will be issued under Sch 'B' free for fixing.

Note.for Srl No 1 to 5 :- (i) The contractor shall employ qualified tradesman having ITI diploma from the recognised institution with minimum 2 years experience or having 7 years experience in related field in operation. (ii)24 Hrs will be considered is one day, FGM shall attend the telephone (telephone will be provided by the contractor ) while on duty and will attend the complaint and keep the record of complaints (iii) The contractor is responsible for safe custody of plant (iv) The cost of maintenance of documents installation charts and daily records i.e log sheet as clarified under relevant particular specifications shall deemed to be included in the rates quoted for the above item (v) in case of operator found absent from duty due to any reason a penal recovery of double the rate quoted by the contractor per shift per person shall be made from contractor dues. Decision of accepting officer in this regard shall be final and binding. (vi) Contractor shall provide all safety precautions /tools as per IE rules and dress to the operators and maint of attendance register /loogsheet .
