Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing water proofing treatment on roofs, as per manufacturer's instructions and as specified after taking down/out as existing tar felt at site :- (a) Cleaning the newly plastered surfaces with wire brushes and applying a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.30 ltrs/sqm and allow to dry. (b) Applying and laying torch APP polymer modified bituminous membrane 3 mm thick with non woven polyester mat as reinforced weighing not less than 3 kg/sqm by thermo fusion process as per manufacturers specification including applying one coat of aluminum paint. Note:- Removed thar felt shall be removed out of MD Land and spilled over bitumin if any on any surface shall be made good to the satisfaction of Enginer in Charge, no extra payment shall be claimed by the contractor in this account

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls,ceiling,roof or under plaster of finishes andd water proofings etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement and sand mortar (1:3) by using 100% coarse sand on roof mixed with & including WPC @ 3% by weight of cement and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement and sand mortar (1:6) on fair faces concrete ceiling surfaces and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs for false ceiling with Vinyl faced Arm-Gyp-FB, ceiling 600 x 600 x 9mm thick with washable metalized polyester foil backing with Vinyl covered edges, supporting sections shall be of suitable size from same makes embossed on sections and level adjuster duly suspended by 2 mm dia GI wire fixed to roof at 600mm centre to centre as per manufacturer's instructions / specification and all as directed including taking down/ out existing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles digitally printed premium series of size 300mmx450mm , 8-10 mm thick as approved by GE as in dado/skirting or on vertical surfaces, over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Vitrified ceramic tiles double charge/ultra charge ,10 mm thick (square / rectangular) of size 600 x 600 mm of any shade as approved by GE in floor etc laid over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 set and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour 20mm thick pre-polished granite stone slab of approved shade and colour Jet Black / Telephone Black as in top table, top of WHB, kitchen slab/platform, steps, gate pillars, cills, jambs, lintel etc or on vertical surfaces including vertical projection, full round moulding the edge laid over screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:4 jointing , pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite and rubbing polish to achieve mirror finish complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour machine cut cudappah stone slab 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing all as directed.
