Package A (Housekeeping & Maintenance Services)

Services for performing overall Supervisory activities associated with Housekeeping maintenance, gardening, receptionist and office attendant services/activities as well as other miscellaneous activities as per terms of contract and scope of services mentioned in bidding document, as per requirement and as per direction of officer-in-charge. The services shall be delivered through a dedicated male/female manpower meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria and deployed specifically for the said services. NOTE: Wages are fixed as per as per NIT Docs Annexure-BB : @ ₹26,367.46 ≈ 26,368/- per month . (Note : BASIC RATE of @ ₹26,367.46 ≈ 26,368/- in the item as the monthly labour wages payable as per the wage structure / figure mentioned at Annexure-BB of section-V of bidding document are already calculated and considered for arriving total contract values .)

Package F ( Driver Services for two years )

Services for performing driver duties as per terms of contract and scope of services mentioned in bidding document, as per requirement and as per direction of officer-in-charge, in the designated Control room shift duty (System Operation Departments) and other miscellaneous duties as required in WRLDC office. The services shall be delivered through a dedicated male manpower meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria for driver duties and transportation activities and deployed wage/allowance obligation and statutory payments that the contractor has to comply related to labour deployment under the contract. Wages are fixed as per as per NIT Docs Annexure-BB : @ ₹26,367.46 ≈ 26,368/- per month . (Note : BASIC RATE of @ ₹26,367.46 ≈ 26,368/- in the item as the monthly labour wages payable as per the wage structure / figure mentioned at Annexure-BB of section-V of bidding document are already calculated and considered for arriving total contract values .)

Package B (Horticulture & Gardening service in WRLDC)

Services of 1 (One) no. Gardener for performing horticulture & gardening activities in WRLDC premises incl. Maintenance of potted plants inside the building, regular cleaning, etc. as well as other miscellaneous activities as per terms of contract and scope of services mentioned in bidding document. The services shall be delivered through a dedicated male manpower deployed specifically for the said services. Wages are fixed as per as per NIT Docs Annexure-BB : @ ₹ 24,080.02 ≈ 24,080/- per month . (Note : BASIC RATE of @ ₹24,080.02 ≈ 24,080/- in the item as the monthly labour wages payable as per the wage structure / figure mentioned at Annexure-BB of section-V of bidding document are already calculated and considered for arriving total contract values .)

Package C (Receptionist and Office Attendant services in WRLDC)

Services for performing front desk receptionist activities and computerized entry pass issue operations for visitors, as well as other miscellaneous activities as per terms of contract and scope of services enclosed herewith. The services shall be delivered through a dedicated manpower meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria specified for the said services. Wages are fixed as per as per NIT Docs Annexure-BB : @ ₹ 24,080.02 ≈ 24,080/- per month . (Note : BASIC RATE of @ ₹24,080.02 ≈ 24,080/- in the item as the monthly labour wages payable as per the wage structure / figure mentioned at Annexure-BB of section-V of bidding document are already calculated and considered for arriving total contract values .)

Services for performing office attendant/peon activities and other miscellaneous works in office as per terms of contract and scope of services mentioned herewith and as per direction of reporting officer. The services shall be delivered through a dedicated manpower meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria specified for the said services. NOTE: Wages are fixed as per as per NIT Docs Annexure-BB : @ ₹ 21,929.15 ≈ 21,929/- per month . (Note : BASIC RATE of @ ₹21,929.15 ≈ 21,929/- in the item as the monthly labour wages payable as per the wage structure / figure mentioned at Annexure-BB of section-V of bidding document are already calculated and considered for arriving total contract values .)

Service Charges Cost:

Cost of providing 1 pair of safety shoes and 2 sets of uniform (1 set comprise of ready to wear Trouser + Shirt) per year per employee to each of contractor's deployed manpower in WRLDC ( i.e 14 lots of shoes/uniform shall be distributed in first year and second 14 lots in second year). Contractor has to ensure that his deployed manpower comply with the above dress code for duty/service at all times.

Contractor’s management charges including profit, all overhead charges etc. and any other incidental expenses that contractor might incur for discharging the contractual responsibilities under the complete contract scope.

Package D (Miscellaneous Service in WRLDC)

Vacuum Cleaning of venetian blinds. For payment purpose, square feet area covered by fully laid out venetian blinds shall be considered. (Venetian blinds covering area of 500 sq. ft to be cleaned twice in a year i.e. 2 times in 1 years)

Cleaning of chairs by vacuum, Dry shampoo foam wash (About 150 nos chairs in office to be cleaned twice in a year i.e. 2 times in 1 year)

Single seater sofa (About 10 nos 1-seater sofa in office to be cleaned twice in a year i.e. 2 times in 1 years)

Two seater sofa (About 6 nos 2-seater sofa in office to be cleaned twice in a year i.e. 2 times in 1 years)

Three seater sofa sofa (About 4 nos 3-seater sofa in office to be cleaned twice in a year i.e. 2 times in 1 years)

Cleaning of exterior façade & glass panels (Façade/glass panel area 6,700 sq. ft to be cleaned twice in a year i.e. 2 times in 1 year)

Cleaning of Drinking water tank (OH/UG) (Total 5 nos. tanks to be cleaned twice in a year i.e. 2 times in 1 years)

Providing of plumbing services on daily basis for repair/maintenance works in WRLDC as per requirement and instruction of engineer-in-charge.

Package E: Supply Items (Supply of Cleaning materials & consumable for Housekeeping & upkeep activities in WRLDC over a period of 2 years on monthly basis).
